  • When it comes to succeeding in life and in business, you should never be afraid to ask questions. One thing that all successful people have in common is that they’re always seeking to learn more and to better themselves.
So many success stories focus heavily on the mistakes people or businesses made and the lessons learned from these failures that enabled them to realize their goals. But, what if you were able to cut through the failure and simply learn the lessons?
That’s why seeking a mentor to help guide you through your professional obstacles is such an essential part to success. Hardship will still come and some failure may still be inevitable, but it will always be easier to weather if you have someone who’s done and seen it all before.

    1) How do you spend your time on a daily basis?
    2) What used to be your biggest weakness?
    3) What would you do in this situation if you were me?
    4) How do you set/plan your goals?
    5) What sets you apart from competitors in your industry?
    6) What do you think my strengths and weaknesses are?
    7) Can I reach out to you with questions I may have?
    8) How did you learn to deal with failure?
    9) What programs or organizations are you involved with? How might they help me?
    10) How could I communicate more effectively?

Underrated video. A lot of gold here. We all are told to get a mentor, but once someone gets one... what the heck is next? How do I make the best of my time with them as to be sensitive to their time?
I needed to know what it is I wanted to know, and these 10 questions are great starting points. Saved me a lot of brainstorming and prep work.
I appreciate this so much, and thank you, Mr. Cereal Entrepreneur, for putting this out there.

I met some at a Barnes and noble and a few days later I got a call from him asking if wanted to meet with his friend. I was thinking it was a interview but it was actually mentoring meeting. Lot of interesting things were said. Now I'm very much and intrigued. I'm just not sure how to present myself and live up to expectations.

Hey Jordan. Say If I want to learn about different incomes such as dropshipping and investing. I feel like the information on TH-cam is too much. One is saying one thing and the other say that method is wrong. I feel like these last months where I have tried educating myself just has gone to waste. Any ideas on How I can learn the basically for example on investing in the stock market? Should I Get a mentor or is it too soon?

Yes you should get a mentor. Try searching around and make sure you study their backgrounds/credentials and read the reviews about them.

No FLUFF content @cerealentrepreneurjordan…a question I would ask is. The best approach from going from, a hourly wage into a commission based lifestyle?
