- In the real business world, managers of multinational corporations sometimes do have to handle different types of ethical dilemmas. To better tackle these difficult problems, business managers need to have a basic idea of what business ethics are, the roots of unethical behavior, and the major philosophical approaches to ethics.

I enjoyed watching this video on ethics. Ethics, to me, is one of the most important factors in a corporation. Staying true and handling different types of ethical dilemmas within International business is important. Realizing that I was able to learn about these different perspectives in detail and I was able to self reflect and determine what type of ethical practice I value. Great video
I found this this video very informative. After watching “Ethics issues in the international business” I learn that ethics is no only important in business, but also important in non business situations. I learn that Nike was sued for allowing young children to work with horrible conditions and with low paid. Nike was judged for several moral ethics for allowing to hire young children
Ethics issues has always been and still is a problem in the business world. This video showed me how these ethic issues start to develop and some philosophic approaches towards business ethics.

Im a majoring in business and every business should have a code of ethics that they follow. Business should be represented morally positive because that will attract customers and will also attract people to want to work for your company. I believe in treating people right and doing right by people will bring an abundance of happiness and positive recognition.

I love learning about ethics. I think it’s very interesting how certain behaviors and universally thought as correct or incorrect- and then it breaks further into different questions. I didn’t consider that decision-making processes can be a reason why managers behave in an unethical manner. Managers can forget that the decision may also have an important ethical dimension.

This video was most interesting as it’s always important to have good ethics, especially in Business. What stuck out to me most was the philosophical approaches to business ethics as it goes on the explain The Friedman Doctrine. I took away that a company’s sole reason is to maximize profits for its owners or shareholders as it is operating.
Principles have always been a problem, and you are correct that certain issues will never fully go away, but if businesses and individuals want to improve as a whole, we must begin to apply and follow good ethics. While determining what constitutes excellent ethics is not always straightforward, we can always rely on basic rights and wrongs. Having said that, it's a nice video.

Ethics is often overlooked in business. Until recently managers were always profit-driven first and only softly focused on the idea of ethics. Now, there are whole companies built on the idea of ethical and socially acceptable behavior. I found this video very intriguing because of the fact that are different ethical views for every situation. This video helped me see how being ethical can change depending on the environment. In other classes we always cover ethical dilemmas regarding the workplace here in the U.S., we never go over what would be considered ethically correct in other cultures. As mentioned in the video, here in the U.S. one would not employ a child, however, in many other countries it’s necessary for children to work to get basic necessities , be able to go to school, or to help support their families.

Ethics is a very important thing. I believe that every business should have good ethics, meaning that they should do what is right for not only them but for others as well. As a business person, I should be honest with the people I am in business with and not lie or try to "get one over on them".
