TDR great video thank you! Planning on a 2025 Marbut vacation for my grandsons, who are experienced Disney World explorers. As in this vid seeking a simple way for ten people to experience the most rides between the parks over five days. PS this vacation will be over Christmas 2025. Help me! Planning on buying your guide when the come comes sooner.
This is the video people should watch (they should watch all your videos, but follow this one)….the vacation packages are ridiculously priced! Journey is always our first ride since it’s the best and we always plan to ride it twice
I was at TDS at the end of May on a regular Monday. I assumed Fantasy Springs would be invitation only as it wasn’t officially open at the time, but in the evening, a sign said it was open to all guests. Amazing as I didn’t expect that at all. The rides were off limits for mere mortals without invitations or special tickets, as were the shops, but the area was free to explore. It’s definitely a beautiful new area they’ve added and will no doubt be heaving for years to come as it will be the most popular spot in an already unbelievably popular theme park.
Ooh wow, your mobile orders seem to work out just fine! We couldn’t order through the app for some reason, all our credit cards weren’t working but if you explain to cast members that you couldn’t place an order since your credit card doesn’t work through their app, they let you buy at the cashier! That’s how we were able to eat twice at the Snuggly Duckling! And happy birthday, Chris, love your videos a lot! Your tips have really helped us get through the craze that’s Fantasy Springs right now and I’m so happy we managed to do Rapunzel, Peter Pan and Frozen with your advice! 💗💗
@@UtotheJfor some reason when we tried for the DPA it worked?? So I think only mobile orders seem to have problems. I think you should be fine for DPA, it’s really just mobile orders that didn’t work for us.

Thank you Chris for making this video. We are planning to go to Tokyo Disneysea in August and will be staying at a Disney Partner hotel. This video helps us to gauge the time needed to arrive at DisneySea with small child.
Hi! Could you please try doing a video trying to do as many rides as possible with a one-day DisneySea ticket and a weeknight 5:00 PM Disneyland ticket?
Hey there! I just wanted to say thank you for your awesome video. I'm planning to visit TDS in the next couple of weeks and I'm so excited that I might be able to enjoy FS with the regular ticket or not. I've never used the DisneyApp before, so your video has been super helpful in planning my trip! I also wanted to ask about how to get the DPA and Standby Pass for the party. I'm a bit worried that if my girlfriend and I reserve the passes separately, we might miss the time slot or one of us might not get the pass. Do you have any advice on this? Thanks again for your super helpful video!
Hi Chris your videos are very helpful! Your videos help us to plan to have a good vacation in Disney. I would like to ask…is it easier to enter DisneySea and purchase Fantasy Spring Stand by pass/DPA in the Tokyo Resort App if I buy my DisneySea ticket from the App (Disney Resort App) or in Klook or in the Hotel (My family is planning to stay in Toy Story Hotel). Lastly when is the best time to purchase a ticket park? We’re planning to go to Disney Sea mid February 2025. Hoping for your reply! Thank you!
Hi! thanks for the video! I will go the next 15th of August. One question, I bought 2 tickets (for me and my boyfriend) with my account, so I have them both in my account in the app, I just apply for the DPA or Standby with my account and automatically will apply for both, right? best!

Does the reastaurant requires “1order per person” for all of us to enter the restaurant? We want to try all of the three restaurants so we plan to just get 1 order and just share the food. Is it possible? Thank you very much.😊

Hi Chris, thank you for this video. Quick question, if you don’t have a standby pass for the other rides in fantasy springs can you still line up for the rides? Or do you have to have a pass for each individual ride?
Can I use early entry at Toy Story hotel or any other non fantasy springs hotel to enter early and try to get either free or paid pass as soon as I can in at early entry time? Or does everyone have to wait till park open to attempt even if you have early entry?
I am planning to go to Disney Sea on a Monday in early September, should I still follow all of these steps to get into the park as early as possible or is there a chance that the crowds won’t be as high because it is not peak summer?
Your video is amazing. It is really helpful. Quick question on the Disney App. I don't see anywhere I can add my credit card payment info. Just wondering how they are going to charge my DPA or meal for mobile order. Your help is really appreciated.
There's a way to do it only through the website but it's incredibly convoluted. You'll be asked to input a card when you make a purchase the first time. If you wanna avoid the stress of one more step for Fantasy Springs, then have your day prior be a non-Fantasy Springs day and purchase DPA or Mobile Order. That way you know your card works and it'll be saved all future purchases.

"the former fast pass machine" man I can still remember my first time there and have to run across just to get a fast pass to an attraction HAHA lol it was 2019
I was in DisneySea in May of 2023 when it started raining cats and dogs, so waiting times for all attractions including Soaring plummeted to 5-10 minutes. I didn't know it's even possible 😂😂😂
Hey Chris, I am the only one staying on property out of my group. Would I be able to book a dpa or standby for my group if I’m in the park before anyone else? Thank you!
@@kylekeller3398 June is not sooo hot usually, but as the years go by it's definitely getting hotter earlier in the last few years. The main problem with mid June to early July for me is the rain combined with it being up to 30C, so as you can imagine, the humidity is gross. For me, tbh I avoid going from around now until mid September cos it's just too wet and humid until mid July and then it's just unbearably hot for the remainder of july and august
Could anyone please help clarify if I decide to go in the park early and make my priority access selections and then decide to go back to my hotel for breakfast, can I still refresh for priority pass and premier access while outside of the park if I scanned already for the day?
Would you recommend. I get a wise card? Tokyo Disney is known to reject American card and rejected mine. I am been in Japan about a year and have been to Tokyo Disney multiple times and I have only been able to buy one Disney premier access pass with my American card out of five times I been last year alone. Other time I have tried it has rejected my card. And when that happens I just go to guest relations. But with me planning my new trip to fantasy springs I nervous I won’t be able to purchase the DPA if my American card get rejected. And I fight with it in the app. Then just hope by the time I get to guest relations and hope there not all sold out so I can pay in cash. Any thoughts on maybe how I can get a Japanese prepaid card maybe that might work for Tokyo Disney for ordering the tickets plus DPA passes for the new fantasy springs. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you again. I am nervous you won’t event see this comment🤞you will see this.
Wow... I was also there on Friday the 21st (mainly to try and get on the rides I missed 2 days earlier). Given I was staying near Haneda, the earliest I could get there was 8:30am, and by the time into the park, most DPA's etc for Fantasy Springs had gone. I did manage to get Rupunzel's on Standby Pass, but due to the Rain (and being soaking wet), plus it being a 1hr wait (mostly outside) I gave it a miss... next time. Love your videos, having visited the parks in Anaheim & Orlando (over 100 times since 1990) I am torn now, as the parks in Tokyo are next level awesome. Hong Kong is great for a single day experience, Shanghai was way better than expected... but Tokyo... wow (Paris Parks are in a few months time for the first time).
It was not like this when I went on Wendsday. I woke up at 4 am stood in line and got in by 8:30. Only ride I could get was frozen at 10:20 am and tangled at 7 pm at night. I didn’t do tangled it was so lóate bcs I wanted to see the water show. I really think this park is all stress and young people adrenaline and energy. It’s like preparing for a marathon to go in. The only times you will get rides you want are during rainy days. People even come after school here and it’s madness. By 9:00 am the only rides available were shows or the submarine ride and everything else was gone even DPA I had to pay for 2 rides to end my night
I've been few times and the experiences have varied each time too. I even went on a Saturday, but I was able to get both DPA and Standby passes for some of the rides I wanted. It is possible, but it's definitely not easy.
Went to Disney sea JUST for fantasy springs and it’s literally impossible to get ticket for frozen Wait 1 year before going so the hype kinda comes down It’s not the stress to get into fantasy springs if you have the vacation package or staying at Disney springs hotel , which runs at over $1000/night So unless you are rich it’s not going to happen If you get to ride 2 of out 4 rides that’s insanely lucky Also Rapunzel ride is about 2 min long with the lantern scene being the highlight
One thing my husband and I learned while at TDR was that the Japanese have the patience of monks lol They're able to wait in 2-3 hour long lines and be fine with it

For me, tbh I avoid going from around now until mid September cos it's just too wet and humid until mid July and then it's just unbearably hot for the remainder of july and august

do you guys know if i can book stabdby pass for 5 person in one app? thanks
Ohhh that’s why “fuwa fuwa” 😂
Could anyone please help clarify if I decide to go in the park early and make my priority access selections and then decide to go back to my hotel for breakfast, can I still refresh for priority pass and premier access while outside of the park if I scanned already for the day?
hi Chris I would also wait an hour per attraction more no I need to try apple tea soda 🦅
I was sweating over here ... when you were trying to grab those attractions
Yeah, you can give Wise a try. Friends who got theirs issued in the US said it works just fine.
@@tdrexplorer Thank you. I live in Japan so Ill see if it still work.
All the app stuff stresses me out. I’d honestly prefer to just have traditional lines.
same. I miss paper maps!
I'm right there with you. Would rather just stand in line. Virtual queues are no bueno.
Can u do a food update of the parks lol
Any American food options there
It was not like this when I went on Wendsday.
Went to Disney sea JUST for fantasy springs and it’s literally impossible to get ticket for frozen
Wait 1 year before going so the hype kinda comes down
It’s not the stress to get into fantasy springs
if you have the vacation package or staying at Disney springs hotel , which runs at over $1000/night
So unless you are rich it’s not going to happen
If you get to ride 2 of out 4 rides that’s insanely lucky
Also Rapunzel ride is about 2 min long with the lantern scene being the highlight
Journey to center of earth is already 20 years old??? Wow. Where did that time go?
👍👍👍
One thing my husband and I learned while at TDR was that the Japanese have the patience of monks lol They're able to wait in 2-3 hour long lines and be fine with it
Make video wat u buy
