    Definitely one for the table, I will be presenting this beautiful piece of leg accompanied by Solinas lamb gravy this weekend. Try wrapping the Rosemary stems in Basil then placing them together in the lamb, its a flavour boost. Again you have taken simple cuisine and transformed it into a palate bursting masterpiece.

      Great idea 💡 I have done it scored it before ,aesthetically is looks far more beautiful like what you have suggested but the flavour penetrated more into the lamb this way. 🥰

    Hi Solina, lol i cant seem to rem which video i was asking u abt the cooking/roasting time for lamb roast. This is the woolies deboned lamb roast in those roasting bags - & its only abt 1.118kg i think. Def less than 1.3kg though.
    I can recall u saying its 30 mins for every 500g so this will be in d oven for 2hrs most im guessing for perfect roast🤭 😬

    • @PerimasKitchen
      @PerimasKitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes usually 25-30mins per 500grams for deboned lamb roast, for medium to well done👌🏽👍🏽 Enjoy

    I actually cooked a lamb leg this week I also used fresh rosemary, tyme,, mint , dried parsley as well as the garlic, salt and pepper olive oil and paprika…. I do like the presentation of stuffing the leg of lamb with the garlic and rosemary however I dislike the strong aroma when u eat it

      Maybe you can use crushed garlic 🥰 I only used one herb & the combination of Rosemary & garlic flavor wise really works. Maybe too many herbs & spices then garlic as well maybe be overwhelming. Happy cooking🥰💕

    Not being funny, but ALWAYS DOUBLE the garlic. Trust me.
