I got the iPhone 8 3 weeks ago. It’s my first iPhone ever and in my opinion it’s pretty good. I had an galaxy s7 before. Sadly the pixel isn’t even available in my country
Both are good phones. The difference is consistency in performance. iPhone open apps for about the same time every time. Android is faster in one app and the next bit slower. That’s it.
Do you think the fact that the iPhone now only runs 64 bit apps makes a difference to the load times? I'm guessing the Pixel is still running 32 bit apps.

The Pixel 2 does have optical image stabilization, and I personally think the Pixel 2 does better in video

Even though stabilization is better on pixel that panning on the pixel 2 @10:20 was horrible. The iPhone was smooth.
