Generating Contour Lines from a DEM using ArcGIS Pro

you have turned a 2-week nightmare into an hour-long dream! I'm an architecture student and was told to export a GIS file to Rhino. I was told to include contours at 1 foot intervals, and I figured out how to do surface contours, but not regular contours that could be exported. You even made it easy to put labels on the contour lines! Thank you!!!!!!! No tutorial was this clear

But after generating the contour, how do you now bring back the boundary of your initial map of the specific location to come back around the contour??
