@@MarkThomasBuilder I’m gonna be buying the hammervac so it was nice seeing an updated video of it thank you I love your channel I recently purchased the 360 degree laser level after your video detailing all of them very informative
What part of the world is this video from? Interesting how there are very few clips in the pipe works. I can't see in the video, did you hammer the anchor in with a punch tool? Tip- there is a reliable, quicker and easier way to do the hanging. For 1st fix plumbing and heating I usually use rod hangers. You just have to drill a 6mm hole and then screw the hanger using an impact driver. Tip n2- there is a Milwaukee threaded rod cutter on the market. A very handy piece of tool and I'm very happy with the performance and the time saved doing 1st fix copper on price. The model in the UK is M18BLTRC. Keep up the good work! 🔥
This was so informative! I was just getting into some DIY home renovations and I've already purchased a rotary hammer. Do you think a regular home vacuum (bagged) will work in place of a shop vac? I only need to drill ~20 holes (8mm diameter) so I'm a bit hesitant about purchasing a shop vac just for this purpose. But I also don't want to damage my personal vacuum as I've heard that concrete dust can really damage vacuums. Thanks in advance!
I wanna wish you and your family a merry freaking Christmas and hope for the best for the New Year I have the M12 desk subtractor I gotta free when I bought the drill I haven't used it yet 🤙🏼🎁🎄🍻🍺🎄🎁😊
It's great to have an all in one unit, but if you're going for less weight, I recommend using a dust extractor and hooking the hose up to the Milwaukee SDS Dust Extractor Accessory.
QUESTION OF THE DAY: Do you take precautions when drilling in concrete? Do you have a vac or wear a N95 mask?
Me no mask but now buying dust collector
I'm gonna have to get this dust shroud. Merry Christmas Mark!
Merry Christmas brother! That dust shroud works well. 👊🎄
Very good video I’ve been looking for a detailed video on the hammervac I like how you explained the knocking noise
Thank you! The Milwaukee 8 gallon dust extractor has that filter knocking feature too.

This is filmed in Michigan. Yes, I hammered the anchors in with a punch tool and they're still holding. That rod cutter would come in handy.
I have question, I have M18 CHX hammer, can i use this dust removal system? or I need buy something other?
Mmm would make a great Christmas gift give-a-way….😉

You only want to vacuum silica dust if you have a HEPA filter for it. Otherwise, it might spread that silica dust back into the air.
