I'm long gone and far from Portland, but lived there for 10 years. Made this trip dozens or scores of times and spent time photographing aircraft from Parking Level 7 and meeting visitors. Also flew in and out maybe twice a year. Thanks so much for the pre-Covid trip down memory lane. TBH, did not see much that has changed since 2012 except the further development adjoining the car park. Rainy days energize me.

@@IsaiahLove777 I'm thanking the youtube algorithm for leading me here, but it's no mystery. I've searched out lots of stuff on Portland when I get to feeling homesick for the place. Don't doubt yourself: There's something you like about PDX and you have that in common with other folks.
I was always obsessed with what the elevator said when I was little.
I think, Portland has the prettiest airport that I've been to. It really is beautiful.

Went on a plane exactly 1 year and 1 day ago. August 17th 2020 from pdx to Seattle to Wisconsin. Was super cool. Hope to go with my family back down there again.

I enjoy going to the PDX airport whenever I go to California to visit my sister and mom. I even often go to Powell’s bookstore pre and post security. Sad that they don’t have them anymore.
Life was better before covid.
Love this airport I know it inside outside. Bout to start working there again this week as a wheelchair attadant. Haveing full access to the whole airport and being able to take multiple shortcuts to whole other sections of the airport and skipping the security points and having access to the run way is a whole different ball game.

Isaiah Love The BIG Renovation should be done by 2025. They're Replacing the A Gates with more B's cause A looked too damn narrow, 33 Years old, dusty, worn, wrinkledc etc. They're putting in more Moving Walks for the South Tunnel to Garage after the Long Term

It's probably past the security points/metal detectors.
When u get past the secruity point take a right past the bathroom and snack stop and just keep going down that gate it’ll be near the end to ur left
