As much as I want to see her play as an SSRB, I have the same reservations.
She's literally like a war veteran descending into a schoolyard fight. The only real written rule so far seems to be no offline raids, but you can tell there's a lot of unspoken behaviour - the Holomems always aim to NOT make others feel like they want to quit. It's the exact opposite of what Botan and the rest of us are used to.
That I understand Botan's hesitation to join. She can be very ruthless.

If botan are allowed to go full rampage like back in the old server, yeah, i can imagine, a ruthless killing machine, everyone fear her is one thing, but the situation might not gonna friendly anymore, both hologirls and the fan.

Botan understood full well what kind of game Rust is, so she needs to set a specific limitation where she and the other members can have fun together. She can't be too passive which could bore her but she can't be too "Rust-like" as well which potentially can kill the fun for other members

@cavaliere8297 Small conflict as their idol being killed by other. In the end of this arc Pekora play as evil role and declare war on the whole server, and she’ve done it so brilliantly nobody could have said a thing.

She could just join and play as Oozora Police squad to enforce law on the server. Also, she could nerf herself with only pistols and primitive gear as handicap while teaching the other members the basics and how to properly run monuments. As far as I know, a lot of the girls dont even know how to hover loot or fly heli's while they cheese the monuments to get loot.
It was also during this stream, Botan mentioned that she would observe the rust gameplay among the girls to understand the unspoken rules so she would know if she was going to far(if she were to play), although i think this stream was around season 1 of hololive rust and they now have some ground rules they've set up for themselves
So basically, the time when Botan decided to play Rust is the time when a literal demon ascended from the depth of hell itself

Miko even made a secret base where she keeps the items she doesn't want to be stolen like C4, other than that at the beginning of the stream Pekora and the others warned about the rules for the chat, you can find them below the video in the streams Rust, if in the next Rust stream Pekora also puts her chat in restricted mode for members everyone will know that it was for the rules to be complied with

So Pekora spent a lot of resources to invade Miko's base, sasuga war criminal
Well c4 does sometimes drop in the airdrops and Miko used 3 things of c4 to raid peko's water base to recover her red card a few days ago.
Pekora used a MLRS missile barrage though to pop open Miko’s base, which should be expensive. Most of the missiles she got from raiding the ship solo.

Let’s be real here, if you saw Botan running toward your base rapidly. Just surrender, you can’t fight back, you can’t runaway either. Cuz Botan will just gonna headshot you while you’re running at any distance.

Maybe one thing that could give some structure to the chaos would be a RP role for each player selected at random. Maybe make this role secretive and revealed at the end. Or maybe draw loose factions at random with some objective or score.
It kinda sux that some "rivalries" and "alliances" carry over each month. It is fine for a few seasons, but if they plan to play this somewhat longterm maybe they will need to reset these ingame relationships time to time.
As Botan specifically, I don't think she needs some self-limitation as long they keep the no offline raiding without warning rule. I think if she becomes too dominant, maybe the rest of holomen could form a coalition to tone her down a bit. Of course the worse case scenario is others just voluntarily choose to submit to her to avoid fighting her which I think it isn't what she would want I believe.
The only problem with restrictive rules is it may make emerging interactions feel forced. I mean the best moments are made at random and naturally. For now I don't see any need for rules. They are just having fun casually and maybe the viewers should take the game less seriously. It's sorta a whatever goes game. Less is more in this case.

She’s probably hesitant because of the unique rules and the way holoserver works where you have to ask people if it’s ok to raid them first, and then they can say yes when I’m online, yes anytime, or no I’m not interested in raids
So it’s different from the normal rust
you dont have to ask, the rule (according to pekora) is that they have to be online, thats it. some of them jokingly send a notice on world chat before rading someone but thats just them being comedians.
@@KaigaiBro From what I understand, they don't have to send a message to whoever they're raiding if they are online, but if they are offline, then they have to message them and wait for a response before raiding.
Don't think we will ever see anyone do the latter though.

@@KaigaiBro There’s a clip of Matsuri explaining the rules saying that you have to ask first if it’s ok and then you can ask if it’s ok to raid them offline, and that all the raids between Pekora, Miko, etc had been okayed before hand. She was saying this and telling chat there’s no need to go to other streams and say this person raided and took such and such because they already know and said it was ok
The rule may not have been in place in season 1, and some players might not want to spoil the experience for chat by saying they know the raid is coming, but there are several players who just want to play peacefully and not get into any wars which is why I’m guessing they have that rule. Season 1 players were also told to go easy on the new players so that they could learn and grow

I think TL note at the end of the video is fine, and for consistency it should probably be in the same place every time.
But if it had info that you think people might like to have while watching the video it would be easier to pause, read it in the description, and then continue watching.

2nd season - increased of player . Old player explore more in the map,teaching new player. Testing electricity.

I dont think she would be playing, the only hope is that this season, almost every member is doing it, even Nene.. Both of them (Polka) would have to invite her with the excuse of learning the game from her! Also, we may have more chances by convencing Lamy to join and with that draging Botan as well...
Lamy's already playing tho, someone lured her with fishing, the only left to join from Botan's usual groups is Towa and she doesn't seem interested
