I've already gotten a lot of negative reactions here, so please before you add more - THIS VIDEO IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. Definitely NO INTENTION TO DISRESPECT anyone else's work. I appreciate everyone's work and I like the simple ones too. ❤❤❤ It's just a comparison for fun. It's the type of video that many creators have made before me and is just to showcase their work. It was originally a video for TikTok, where there are thousands of the same videos, but each creator just added their own products, otherwise the videos are identical. This type of video, which was trending on TikTok months ago, is not very well known on TH-cam, that's all :) Thanks for hearing me out.

It’s beginners work you’re ‘comparing’ yours with. Why does it matter where it originated? Does that make it less cringe? Not really. If these reactions are apparently bothering you, remove this ridiculousness! Who cares if thousands of others are being just as pompous? Be the one to make the change instead of jumping on a bandwagon. I don’t know what kind of artist thinks these are acceptable but I promise it’s no one who has fully matured.

OR, you could choose to inspire new artists vs this approach, which honestly doesn’t look great on you. obviously it did have some effect on you seeing as how you took the time to make a post defending the cringe. It’s more nauseating than offensive that this is how some ‘artists’ attempt to ‘highlight their work.’ If by putting your pieces next to BEGINNERS LEVEL skills is what it takes to make your ‘art’ look good, that doesn’t say much for your character nor your art. I just started beading...lol.
We all have to start somewhere. Tell me there is hope for me (I'm 53 years old.)
I suffered nerve damage as a result of a shoulder injury and corrective surgery. I was out of work fir 4 years ...I was a chef, now stuck and going quietly insane. Beading is part of my recovery plan. 😁

Of course! Plus, beads are great relaxation! My beginnings were absolutely horrible, and I spent about five hours trying to sew one little bead ball that I now have finished in five minutes. So it all just takes patience with practice.

No shame in making the first ones! I used to teach jewelry classes and we had so much fun making beaded earrings and bracelets. They turned out beautiful too!

It's definitely not a shame, on the contrary! I wear and make such simple jewellery myself sometimes. It's just that that's what most people imagine when I tell them I make beaded jewelry and then they're surprised that I'm actually making something a little more complicated :)

I think the first ones are very cute, sometimes simple, aesthetic and sometimes, I like the minimalistic ones too, the second ones are very unique, you can tell right if the bat it took atleast a few hours to make and I think both looks beautiful!

I spend most of my time sighing, trying to have an idea, trying to put colors together, hating silk thread, picking up objects off the street, realizing the colors are all wrong, cutting up line, pulling off beads and starting again with different colors, looking at boxes of seashells and so forth.
