BMW WEEK 2021 video 5 | E87 120D, 123D, 130D DIESEL RACECARS (2013-2021)

The cars in this video are mostly 120D's and some 123D and 130D.
Power should be between 200-300hp and Torque between 200-600 nm, but I'm not really sure because there's not much info on these cars.
They raced in the Belcar, Belcar skylimit cup, Supercar Challenge, DNRT and BGDC.
Filmed between 2012-2021 at Circuit Zolder and Spa-Francorchamps.

I wonder how long an engine like this may last. Slow revving obviously , supposedly free exhaust , but I also suppose that the dual mass flywheel and balance shafts are long gone. That's an enormous amount of vibration.

Yes,why not?.Diesel race cars are cool and I considere myself certainly a petrolhead,but also diesel engines have their own things,also probably my favorite Le Mans era was made of many diesel LMP1 cars
