Well we all tryna get that summer body, slowly but surely 🤞🏻and I’m tryna go see my family in July cause at the beginning of the year my parents and older sister all moved to texas where the rest of my family is so now I’m just in florida by myself with my boyfriend and cat 😅 so I’m just excited to hang out with them for hopefully a week and see my parents new house and my sister recently got a kitten so that’s exciting too lol😂

A tip for the munchies: drink a glass of water if you’re feeling hungry and if you still feel hungry after, you’re actually hungry. There are a lot of reasons besides actual hunger we can feel hungry! Drinking water before a meal can help prevent over-eating as well

I’ve watched you since I was 14 and I’m 23 now you have been one of my role models through the years. Most everything you talked about I relate to, losing friends I thought I’d have forever and becoming distant with family. My fiancé also had to distance himself from his narcissistic toxic mother. I’m glad I can watch someone who has experienced not so great things as I have and many others have because you have made something for yourself and it’s so motivational 💜

I had to do the same with my immediate family members because they had different ways of being very toxic in my life and it was affecting my mental health badly. It’s sad to feel like you don’t have that support to lean on like most people do. But it helps knowing that others go through the same things and still feel happy and fulfilled with their lives 💕

My father abused me and my siblings my entire childhood in every possible way. It got to a point where my older siblings ran away once they reached 17/18 years old and I wasn’t allowed contact with them. My mum was also trapped in an abusive relationship with him. I joined the police at 19 years old and he threw me, my mum and my 3 year old brother out saying he couldn’t care less if we were homeless. It’s been 2 years now and I’ve never been happier him not being in our lives. I work so much overtime I give my little brother the childhood we never experienced. I can’t get that missed time back but I do the best I can for the future and for right now. I also rekindled my relationships with my older siblings

I can kind of relate to your family situation. I moved out of my moms house when I turned 17 and moved across the country (to colorado) and I didnt talk to any of my family for 5 years. I'm 24 now and my mom is kind of making an effort. I've mourned my family too but have made my own family here.

Not sure if you’ll see this but my sis lives in Henderson and when I come out we always go to Reef. Best prices either with a Nevada ID or not. You have your own babies now and your own family traditions now. And you will make sure your a better mother to your children than you had. I wish you all the very best life has to offer and it’s been awesome watching you grow and evolve. It will be an honor to now see you and your kids growing together. Side note; Babbel! Nessa, gentle parenting is not about letting them get away with any and everything, you’re actually gentle parenting, I like to call it conscious parenting, you’re conscious of their feelings and you value them as a human being with emotions and not someone to control. Obviously you have to set healthy boundaries and they’re going to try the fuck out of you but the most important thing is you taking control of your emotions before reacting. It’s hard, I have 2 under 2 as well but trust me it’s worth it when you see them implement what you’ve taught them. 💕

Watch Spanish soap operas after you get a little handle on it, I was so white washed when I was little until I watched Spanish soap operas! Its our own family that envy us. It sucks she didn't hyu after the birth of your child. My family is like this, it sucks bc they either hold onto the past or look at my goods as jealousy. im doing good and am growing out & breaking the terrible cycle I lived in but they played such huge roles that they cant get out of they're old ways.
