Walk at natural cadence. Go until grip weakens - 9:23 Front load carry. Hold it like a clean. One hand - 10:20 Bottoms up KB walk. One handed - 12:15 Above head KB walk. Lock it in with that shoulder - 13:56 Loaded Twisting sequence. Shine the beacon of light with belly button
