    Notes to self. #Bulletproofing.
    - 0:26 Wide Row
    - 2:14 Dead Hang, wider is more provocative on shoulder. 15" newbie. 45-60" goal. Take time
    - 3:37 Dead Hang, activating trunk/core. Scoop feet forward. Scapula firing. Try for 5-10 reps x 1'. Goal is 30 reps
    - 5:55 Dead Hang, rock back n forth. Start slow..
    - 6:58 Farmers carry. Single carry engages obliques. Walk at natural cadence. Go until grip weakens
    - 9:23 Front load carry. Hold it like a clean. One hand
    - 10:20 Bottoms up KB walk. One handed
    - 12:15 Above head KB walk. Lock it in with that shoulder
    - 13:56 Loaded Twisting sequence. Shine the beacon of light with belly button

I am so happy to have discovered this video…I am in my 50’s and I never lifted weights always did cardio. But after listening to a dozen of Dr Attia podcasts, I am a disciple!

Are these good for both sexes or only men?

@@AdiliseJohnson I am sure both men and women. I had a frozen shoulder and bursitis. These have helped tremendously.

@9:40 I have some pain in my problematic AC joint area w/ just 35-lb kettlebell. Anyone any thoughts?
