Found your channel a long time ago when I was getting into smoking meat and just came across this one while I was looking into smoking cream cheese next wreath for Independence Day. I’ll be trying a couple of these 100%, but I wanted to comment to let you know how much I appreciate your authenticity. We live in such a fake world right now, and it’s so refreshing to hang out with you in these videos and actually get legitimate opinions instead of blind pandering. I've made smoked cream cheese a few times, just smoked. I made little pans right out of the cream cheese wrappers. Now I will have to gussy it up a bit and play with seasonings!
Wow, you did it, I've been waiting. I think I would diced the meat and press into the cheese??? Just a thought. I love to watch your face when something tastes great. The one on top is an analog gauge which measures temp at the top of the cooker. The one on the pellet box is digital (and more accurate) with the probe inside the cooker on the left side near the grill grates. Helpful to know temp throughout the smoker.
Yea that ghost pepper garlic is just brilliant. Man. The everything bagel seasoning is amazing. This is freakin beautiful. Great work, chef. Oh my. Go Big Blue.
Very cool. I'll be trying this one out for sure............now you'll have to smoke up some cheddar cheese, and pair it up with some apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. = )
these look SO DELICIOUS, and now I think I'm going to smoke some this weekend. This video was a little chaotic for me haha your stuff was so close together, you were reaching over the lazy suzan to get cream cheese, you seasoned and sauced everything so close to eachother, it just felt stressful lol. I can't wait to try this!
Smoked cream cheese is yummy any way you make it! I did the spicy peanut butter and pepper jelly and it was amazing. My wife like brown sugar bbq rub with honey drizzled over top then topped with brown sugar and slap your mama seasoning for a little kick.
@@Armadillopepper I was wondering if they came out of the freezer. I got to get better on taking the foil off, I guess. Maybe take them out of the freezer and unwrap and let sit in the fridge. IDK

Quick question. On your Pit Boss smoker, there are two temps gauges, one on top, the other at the control's. What is there difference? Thanks!

Jeff, If I wanted to preserve for a month or more would u recommend freezing then vacuum seal. Then back in freezer?
I don't know on that one. I've never put cream cheese in the freezer. Sounds like a question for Google 😀.

What temp was the cheese when you started, I can never seem to get the cheese out of the pack with out destroying it. Stupid foil.
I didn't check the temp of the cheese. It may have sat out for 20 minutes (from the frig).
