Should try this recipe ingredients. Made it a few weeks ago and my God It was delicious 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin spice 2 tsp sugar Smoke @ 225 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
I made two bricks in a 9x9 pan the other day. I didn't smoke them long enough. Also, I'm wondering if it will not turn out as well if i spread the cheese out in the pan first. So that i can layer the salsa on top. Thoughts?

Like to try a brick of feta cheese doing this. I do a blackstone betty's feta pasta and it holds it shape while cooking with the cherry tomatoes and her spice blend on it. That Smoked cream cheese would be great in a spinach omelet. Or a toasted bagel and lox ( thinly sliced smoked salmon) with these cream cheeses

@@thehungryhussey I wrap all of my cheese and cheese cloth to keep the oils in so it doesn’t dry out. I periodically spray a little bit of water just to keep stuff moist I live in the south works great. The only thing you need is cast-iron pan applewood chips you don’t have to turn your barbecue on or anything just like that the heat from outside boom.
I’ve smoked cheese before but never thought of cream cheese. That looks like a great addition to a charcuterie board!

You could smoke them that way too. Doesn't matter really.
freeze the blocks before you score them. just makes it easier to handle. great job brother Hussey

When I smoked my cheese I like to do it in the Winter time so don't get hot it brings out the oil when it gets hot.
Winter is a great time to do regular block cheese.

That smoke tube seems to make a huge difference
It's a must in a pellet grill that doesn't have a seperate "smoke" setting. After using a tube, I really like the results of the pellet grill.
Are you using full fat/whole cream cheese or low fat?? I was wondering because I would think that maybe the full fat would melt more?????
Using full blown stuff! Nothing fat free around here. Haha.
