    So true Michelle.
    Thanks for all you do.
Your thoughts on cocnut milk from fresh coconut thats been grated?
    Appreciate your thoughts.
I like coconut milk in curries.
Any alternative on coconut in curries.
    Thank you Michelle.

Hi Jackie! Thank you for your kind words. I think coconut milk from fresh coconut meat is great👍
I also like coconut milk in curries and think using anything else doesn’t taste as authentic, so if I were in your shoes I’d keep doing what you’re doing. ❤️

I didn't even know products like this existed! This is a big deal. I've wanted to ditch the cartons for so long because of the waste, but I just can't seem to get it right no matter what plant milk I'm trying to make. I've also decided to stop purchasing things with "natural flavors" so this came at the perfect time!

Oh awesome! I too want to tighten up on some of my choices. So glad this video was helpful. Definitely no one made these when I started out on this journey, but it’s cool these gadgets are showing up now🥰

I think the leftover pulp could be used to make a vegan cheese. Perhaps even add a probiotic capsule to the pulp to help make it into a fermented cheese.

I made the switch to making my own coffee creamer - I was esp carrageenan and added oils. That switch is what's inspired me towards going fully plant-based. I have a different milk machine that I love but this one is awesome, too! Thanks for sharing your experience with it! I love that it comes with its own bottle.

Great video but unfortunately I can't afford the Milky Plant so would have to make in my power blender instead. Otherwise it is a great video Michele and love 🥰it.

Hey David! That’s totally fine and the way I typically have made all my Plant milks before trying this out. It’s a great option 👍👍

I just use my vitamix and don’t strain. Full almonds, water and ice. Yum. Easy.

OMG! I am buying that. I look at the ingredients and I am always leery of the ingredients. Not anymore.

Yes! It’s crazy all the unnecessary ingredients in there.

I imagine its much healthier to make your own milk w a power blender so can also eat the fiber- and use less (in this case) almonds to make same amount of milk. Agree Michele?

You can totally use a high speed blender. That’s the way I’ve done it for years. I still strain it though and use the pulp in other recipes as eating that much almonds (typically a cup used in a high speed blender recipe) is a lot of calories and fat to have in one go. ☺️

What about the extra vitamins babies need in the milk?

I personally aim to give my kids a wide variety Whole Plant foods and give them a multivitamin to fill in any gaps.
