I have been making soups lately. I am a picky eater who also don't like veggies much, especially chunky style veggies, so I will use a blender and-or a potato masher....press down and twist to grind the chunks.... Usually after cooking a bit.
Carrots can be shredded and put in soups or anything. Carrots are hard to chew. Besides shredding or grating , a carrot can be frozen first, and then when it thaws, it's soft to mush up in a soup, etc. @@gardeningwithhoss
Just found out my order of bugbuster 2 and fruit tree spray is on the way. I got 2 of each. I cannot wait to see how the results are going to work this year.
My delicata’s have always stored months and months doing nothing special. I’ve kept them longer than 6 months in my barn, under my shed, in my garage. We have about 15 left from a late July harvest. If I do winter squash, these are my go to. This past year I tried King of the Gardens butter beans. Big beautiful plants that did last till frost, but hardly any beans at all. I had a trellised 60ft row and only got about 30 pods. I’m not sure what happened. I saw blooms, but they just didn’t produce. I have bee hives on my property but I don’t know how they pollinate. It was a good year for my green beans that were the next 4 rows over. That’s the way it goes sometimes. If it was easy they would call it catching, oh wait, that’s a different hobby.
We are anxiously awaiting our seed taters. Great video and hope y’all have a blessed week.
Thanks for your support, you too! We are going to start shipping today.

Thanks for the tip!
Very green celery seems it is always bitter.
What variety is lighter and sweeter?
@@pamh.5705 I'm not sure if I'm supposed to answer , but I will try. Celery had a strong flavor, so I guess use very small bits and total amount.
