Many thanks for this video. My pulse charger looks the exact same inside but is badged as Enusic. Charger appears to work fine BUT the temp reads very low at 1-2DegC which puts the charger in winter mode. Do you know where the temp sensor is located. My display board has a marking for "RT" with nothing mounted. thanks
Hi. Did you manage to find the temperature sensor and solve the problem? I have the same problem... The temperature of the garage is about 17c degrees, charger shows 7c degrees and works in winter mode (voltage is about 15.5v).
Hi, I have purchased a same battery charger 'Foxsur' but cooling fan does not switch on when connected to the power supply, and also the battery starts to drain as soon as charging it stopped. Any advise?
@@lopefuentes5743 You need to check the board Thermistor Temperature Sensor which some times be a, NTC MF52-103 Thermistor, NEC D882 (TP 120) and TL431 Transistors or else replace the Cooling Fan. I bought this from Banggood.
@One-Take Ralph so the fan automatically turns on, trying it on my dead motorcycle battery charging it for 5 hrs now its 12.8 volts now hoping to rich 13.8volts
Hi I have one of these , I also have a suspect Powermax motorcycle battery which suddenly went flat it is 3 years old and when I put the charger on it it shows 13.8 volt and the battery is showing empty , battery temp is creeping up to 13 C I have tried the repair function but nothing happens , guess the battery has just suddenly shorted and died ? thanks .
This has got to be one of the worse piece of rubbish to ever be exported from the PRC. Several weeks ago I was experiencing continual wide band EMC problems that started in the Medium Wave band and all through Short Wave radio beyond 30Mhz. The symptoms were a pulsing waveform approximately 20kHz wide every 80kHz, meaning that listening to radio was impossible. Measuring with a spectrum analyser the peak interference was in the Medium waveband. Listening on AM mode it was clear that it was a mains driven device that was causing the problem. I completely turned off the whole electricity supply to my house and powered my HF receiver with a 12v battery, the interference was still there. Using a battery powered SW receiver, I used the medium wave and the ferrite cored internal antenna to DF the interference. I was able to determine that the problem was coming from one of four neighbours homes to the south of my house. After three weeks of the interference, I was about to put pen to paper one morning in order to push a note through the letterboxes of the homes and as luck would have it the problem went away. Hurrah! Later in the afternoon, the interference suddenly reappeared, so I rushed outside with the portable radio tuned to one of the frequencies in the medium wave. I noticed a neighbour three doors away peering into the engine compartment of his car. So I went over and asked if he'd just switched anything on. He had just connected this battery charger up and had switched it on. I asked him to switch it off and the interference went away. I explained the problem and the neighbour was very good about it, stating that he had connected it up to a battery in his child's scooter and had forgotten about it, hence it being there for the three weeks. Fortunately he agreed to only use the charger overnight from late in the evening to early morning. Turns out he purchased it from Amazon. It's Chinese made and even has a false CE mark, on it. Searching the Amazon website, it would seem that there are several makes which look identical to the offending item. SO DON'T EVER BUY THIS CHINESE TAT
Unfortunately, the charger has no noise filter at the input of the switching power supply. It thus produces a really large amount of interference in the distribution network. This may limit the functionality of other devices, especially electronic devices, near the charger. This was the reason I came to this fundamental shortcoming of the charger. The charger definitely does not meet the requirements of Electromagnetic Compatibility standards! Personally, I solved this by inserting an interference filter from a non-functional ATX PC power supply. In my case, this solution reduced the interference to an acceptable level. Otherwise, the charger itself works well.
Right. I experienced interference when connected the charger and a hp laptop smart charger to а common power supply circuit. Since then I use the battery charger independently

@@jcbdiggers1 I bought one on some good reviews. It ended up boiling.... yes boiling my battery at well over 9 amps. Safely should of kicked in and cut it off 😳

he showed how to use the device to charge a battery, how a damaged battery does not charge fully to 13plus volts, and how to use the repair mode to pulse charge it and (hopefully) 'repair' the battery. at the end the battery reaches 13.4V. he even showed what is inside. I found the video very useful.
Ok let me explain,There are two types of these foxsur brand chargers. One is real and the other one is fake, in which the fan doesn't rotate. Some of fans asked me about this personally and to figure it out i thougt to tear it down. It's a help for some people to identify before it is purchased.

a question what number does the plate that comes from behind the display, the 20 pin
Thanks for showing the manual. Great video.
For 7 amp bike battery, during every charging I need to use the repair mode ??
May I ask the fan is when to function?
Yes when does the fan turn on,
it is more like smps, right?
Thank you for this review while showing the manual. Very informative and helpful.
Can I connect this to my motorbike battery and leave it? Will it work as a trickle charger or will it damage the battery
Hi,
I have purchased a same battery charger 'Foxsur' but cooling fan does not switch on when connected to the power supply, and also the battery starts to drain as soon as charging it stopped.
Any advise?
How long does it take to repair 60ah battery?I connected it 10 hours ago and it still repairs.
It is rated to 5Amps, so probably at least 60/5 = 12 hours, even more
Please Can yo do a video disassembling 12v24v fully intelligent pulse repair charger, the longer one
Charger lights not working ,?
Hello can i ask the number of the capacitor?
I have one.. But why the fan doesnt work.. Even the unit getting hot what was the problem?? Please advice..
Lope Fuentes Mine it’s working without any issues! where did you get that from? a lot of cheap & fake ones available.
I buy here in the Philippines at Lazada.. I mail them but no one is answer.. Please give me some idea what should i do for this fan functioning.

I bought this charger off Amazon for £13.99. It worked okay.
What is the value of R26?
hi, can anyone tell me the transistor p/n from the negative output,
Mine shows 13.8 volts without connecting the battery, but measuring with the multimeter it is 17 volts
I have a 24VDC battery charger how can I convert it to 12Vdc
Don't. You will be cheaper off buying a dedicated 12V charger.
Please measure charging current also
Mine shows 0.45 volt 🙄
it said that minimum start voltage 8.0v ,.. will it work with start voltage 3.8v ? the accu is 12v 100ah in poor condition.. thx
Yeah, but in your case the battery should be charge in pulse repair mode as recommended in manual.
Do i put it on pul to repair car battery
According to its manual 4Ah-15Ah batteries need "Repair" mode. So for a Car battery (45Ah) normal Mode works fine.
