    Love this, this, thank you. I have just ordered a few of these paints, I'd dearly love all the colours, but needs must, and I have to sneakily get a few at a time !! lol. I Love your stamp sets, and am collecting a few of those too. I'm definitely going to give this a go, hoping I don't make a mess. Thanks again.

      We have over 100 colours, so its pretty much go ahead and work with paints to your own preference. Numerous combinations. We are more interested in sharing techniques that can be adapted to any paints you have to hand.

    I love these videos and these fresco finish chalk paints are amazing. I notice some colors don't seem to be available any more. Is that the case or do i just not find them?

    • @MrsPaperArtsy
      @MrsPaperArtsy 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Renee, yes that is true, we do discontinue colours from time to time, but sometimes they also come back within a designer box, or simply because we want them back! We have 96 colours all up now, plus Tracy and Seth have paint sets. If you need help choosing, or want us to recommend something close to a discontinued shade, then feel free to email me sales@paperartsy.co.uk ~Leandra

      Do you mean the brown sheet I roll the brayer on? That is a craft mat> I cut our large craft mat up into quarters, it makes a nice size palette. Other than that, I am working on white paper table(cloth), the sort that come on a massive roll and is used for functions/catering.

      PaperArtsy yes that brown one, thank you I'm going to check into it, that would be good to use here in my room:) thanks again for your reply.

    Hello, I have a question; you use baby wipes to clean the stamps (?) But the paint is water-based, right? (I am a starting crafter) Isn't it better to clean the stamps with a damp (water) cloth? thank you for the videos by the way. greetings from the Netherlands🎨🖌️✂️✏️

    • @PaperArtsy
      @PaperArtsy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, of course you can use a damp cloth too. Sometime I even use a toothbrush to remove the paint from the 'dippy bits'. I am/ was fussy about the baby wipes I used (this was filmed in 2015) Now we prefer to use more sustainable cleaning options. If is use a baby wipe, I tend to purchase the 'sensitive skin' variety, which often had a glycerine content which is a good product to condition rubber. Cheap baby wipes tend to be extremely soapy/ bubbly and are not good for the rubber, they dry it out so I steer clear of those. To protect the rubber, it is a good idea to coat a dry rubber image with a thin layer of clear embossing ink which also can act as a protective layer over the rubber.

    can i use my clear stamps with paint

    • @PaperArtsy
      @PaperArtsy  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +EsteeDarla Most stamps are OK to use with Acrylic paint as it is a water-based product. Just apply, then wipe stamp clean with a baby wipe before the paint dries. The only product you should try not to use (or leave) on clear stamps are solvent inks (like StazOn), as the solvent will affect the clear polymer stamp, and could result in deterioration of the surface due to the chemical solvent in the ink.

      +PaperArtsy thank you so much I'm very new to the clear stamps rubber stamps are more what I've been used but never tried paint tile I started seeing your videos. love the tutorials,also I'm going to order all your paints do you all ship to USA an is shipping fair price

      +EsteeDarla You should purchase from Simon Says Stamps or Fran the Frantic Stamper. Fran stocks all the paints, SSS has some, then your freight cost will be more reasonable.
