No offence to anyone but spaces are not at all defined, everywhere uncomfortable seating, unnecessary design elements. Clients themselves wouldn’t have had their ideas right.
The design is done accordingly to the interest of the client requirements, the usage and the emotions behind the seating is client’s personal opinion as an architect or designer will be a medium to achieve that requirement so lets not comment on requirement. Coming to the comfortablity factor, Only on the factor of the materials used doesn’t define the comfortablity , the client is connecting the memories of him and his family using these kind of traditional katta in their early life which they want to implement which we have derived the by infusing modern design theme to it.
Client is using this room for multipurpose usage , basically its a bajan hall when all the curtains are opened , when he wants to use it as home theatre he has removable cushions which they will be using. We have considered all the aspects of usage and client requirements and given the solutions.
Please see the whole video , we have explained how we are re using the water . Its not waste water its water filtration process we have introduced so once filled it will only require to refill for the back washed amount approx 2 or 3 lts.
No doubt that the 🏡 looks beautiful all the credit goes to the architects of the house who worked hard by day and night to make their clients dream come true. But bit surprised to see that people in a city like Bengaluru have built this waterfall house. As the city had faced severe water crisis some six months ago.
All these buildofy projects are just hotels built as a house. I wouldn't want to live here. Too much for the eyes to take in. After a week its gonna hurt.
Horizontal refrigerator has been introduced is due to the larger quantity of requirement and increase of the ventilation. We have around 11’ wide and 3’ tall refrigerator where most of the the groceries including daily usage items as well will be kept in the refrigerator as we use the bottom cabinets its the same usage so lot of bending is not required.

Son's bedroom balcony is very locked up. The whole seating areas, living room, kitchen etc are unique taste that we do not see often. Overall looks brittle and unnecessarily sophisticated.
