Thoughts on my current split. Been working well Notes - Front delts are trained on chest days. Day 1: Chest & Back Day 2: Legs Day 3: Shoulders & Arms Day 4: Rest Day 5: Chest, Back, Triceps Day 6: Shoulders, Biceps, Calves Day 7: Rest
Start with low volumes and lower weight and work back up gradually. You'll find that the gains will come back a lot more quickly than it took to initially get them
Not even useful 😂. Habits for workout [ never change yur split every 2 weeks or month stay with it till 5 months lift heavy take protein creatine eat sleep recover have a recover day. I already kno we all gonna die no doc needed😂
