Studying For Step 3 Prep, Overview, Study Schedule

We’re finally talking about Step 3; an overview on what it is, my study schedule and more!
The United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Step 3 is the last test you have to take to become a licensed medical doctor in the United States. It definitely sets itself apart from Step 1 and Step 2 with the pressure of it being the last test standing on your way to get that converted M.D. In Step 3, you’ll also get a mix of case simulation and multiple-choice exams which can be quite daunting.
In a few weeks, I am finally taking the test and I will walk you through my thoughts, preparation and experience through it all. This will be the start of a video series where we’ll talk about everything Step 3 so you’d know what to expect and become better prepared for it.
I have started laying out a plan, a process and my initial thoughts on how to tackle this. I have a schedule and UWORLD ready, but things can definitely change especially while balancing my studies with work in the hospital. When that happens, this series will cover them too and explain why..
