The contracting companies don't care. They made generational wealth for themselves and families. We the taxpayer and the Afghani people were victims in all of this.
Female suicides are skyrocketing in Afghanistan. Think about being a 20 yr old girl who lived their entire life preparing for a career similar to American girls. To have freedom and choices in life then in one day it all crashes down and they become slaves subject to beatings and rapes. That’s the legacy of Afghanistan. That’s when I left the Democratic Party. Forget about the equipment and think about the people we abandoned.

As someone earlier said, the us prob is bought leaving that behind would help the afghans who fought alongside the Americans, would use that to fight the taliban instead as soon as America left the resistance gave up and the taliban just took all the gear left over. Just proves the west have the fighting spirit for freedom while Africa and Middle East just lay down, give up, run away and demand asylum from people that actually had ancestors who fought and died for freedom. It's hard to believe that they decided to leave that equipment there. You can bet that this was discussed for weeks and yet, they still thought it was the best idea. They could have taken the equipment out no problem. They left them for someone.

This is a great opportunity for a Trump add, just play videos of the Taliban celebrating while parading in the streets with our military equipment, people falling off of the airplanes while trying to flee Afghanistan, illegal aliens rushing the border, the massacre in Israel and the war in Ukraine with the text (Thank you Kamala) scrolling across the bottom of the screen along with some gloomy music playing in the background.
