Funny thought: Being the fact that this film is called “Bones” it would’ve been cool if the group Bone thugs in Harmony would’ve did a song for the movie lol but nevertheless this film is a true underrated horror film. The beautiful & ageless Bianca Lawson, the LEGENDARY Pam Grier & uncle Snoop? Come on now, can’t get no better than this
Loved this classic. Gotta be honest Snoop actually killed this role and him playing the Love Interest to Pam Grier has to be a lifelong dream especially he always put on the "Pimp" Image and Persona like he Dolomite or Goldie from the Mack or something 😅. Clifton Powell played in alot of movies he doesn't get enough credit fr, lastly, of course Bianca Lawson doesn't age her or Queen 👑 Pam Grier. Rest in Peace Ricky Harris 🙏🕊️ he was hilarious in everything he played in as well. Keep it up Queen and a request since it's Halloween 🎃 month, Can you review "Tales from the Hood" with Lamont Bentley (Hakeem from Moesha)
I did not know that Ricky Harris passed! He just had a birthday too. Rest in Power 🙌 Bones is a black classic, I enjoyed snoop's performance in this & loved he got the opportunity to work along side Pam Grier.
You’re right about everybody deserving their karma, except Shotgun, although I understand Bones perspective in the situation as well. Shotgun could’ve died with him or died trying to save him.
So this is one of my favorite horror movies when I was a kid and my theory about the bed scene with Cynthia was that it wasn't Bones Spirit that got in bed with her I think because her mother said that she also had the gift of sight her being in that house made her spiritually tap-in to all the spirits behind the veil almost like she was a beacon for all the spirits that were attached to the house as well as Jimmy bones. Like how when Bill was laying in the bed the spirits all showed up reaching out the walls.

Pearl's storyline is absolutely and positivity so relatable on so many levels as it gives a insightful and articulate representation of grief, sorrow, agony, pain, trauma, and despair as you lost and witnessed the person's horrible death that you truly and dearly loved which traumatized you as it affected you emotionally and mentally for many years.🥺😔😭
When Jimmy said " J Bird help me brother" and "Since we was grasshoppers" 🥺😔😭 I felt that in my heart as Jimny figure that Jeremiah will helped him since he was his best friend but unfortunately Jeremiah betrayed and brutally murder him out of jealousy and resentment.🥺😔😭
In my opinion Jeremiah should have told Jimmy that he was always tired of being in his shadow as he wanted to be popular and successful like him. I'm pretty sure Jimmy would have been very supportive and understanding but unfortunately Jeremiah did Jimmy dirty as he betrayed and brutally murder him out of jealousy and resentment.
The scene when Jimmy is holding Eddie Mack's decapitated head as he is containing his soul and Eddie angrily tells him off and Jimmy bangs his head on the wall which infuriates Eddie as he said " Oh you just going to bang my shit up against the wall?" 😡😡😡😡😡 is one of the most memorable and funniest scenes in the whole entire movie. LMAO it never gets old.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The scene when Jimmy is confronting Eddie Mack and he is using glass shards as he is just standing their stoic is such a epic and badass image as of today it still gives me chills and goosebumps.😍😎💯👍😏😰😱
22:46 - 22:50 That look from Bianca should've told a lot of people what happened before they got out of there... you hate to see it, but I honestly have to say that Patrick was probably not the main one who brought all this on. Considering that his father was involved long before he was even born, his father unintentionally set his son up as a sacrifice to Jimmy Bones. The opening of that old building as a club was just one way it all came back to bite him in the butt. Think about it.
Pam Grier did a phenomenal and spectacular job portraying Pearl as she put tons of emotion and depth into her role as she displayed the elements of the character's grief, sorrow, agony, pain, trauma, and despair as she lost and witnessed the person's horrible death that she truly and dearly loved which traumatized her as it affected her emotionally and mentally for many years. Bones (2001) is memorable, iconic, and well-known due to it's story, practical effects, direction, and performance's. It also pays homage to blaxploitation films of the 1970's and incorporate numerous elements from the genre.😍😎💯👍
In my opinion Jeremiah was the main source of Jimmy's murder. Considering the fact that he was full of jealousy and resentment as he wanted to be popular and successful like him.🤔
I remember going to see this movie Halloween night with my mom & sister. It was a throw back combo of the Blaxploitation & Hammer Horror films back in the 60s & 70s.
Snoop Dogg did a phenomenal and spectacular job portraying Jimmy Bones as he put tons of emotion and depth into his role as he displayed the elements of the character's coolness, confidence, and swag. This is one of his most greatest, iconic, and memorable roles in cinema.😍😎💯👍😏

Bones is the first movie you agree with the killer for his actions I love this movie it’s such classic black film highly underrated. I love all the characters in here and the 1970 theme all the way till the current moment. I love how you cover this one of my favorite horror movies funny as well and great cast and by the way snoop did his thing with that hair that was laid and ofc Pam here fine self and Bianca Lawson was everything and ofc Patrick from juice I don’t know his real name but he been fine umkayyy they did their thang in this movie 🖤👑
" The gangster of love don't eat no fried chicken." 😈 One of the most hilarious and memorable lines out of the whole entire movie. It never gets old.😍😎💯👍😏🤣
Snoop Dogg and Pam Grier did a phenomenal and spectacular job portraying Jimmy Bones and Pearl as they both put tons of emotion and depth into their roles. Jimmy and Pearl's love story was so deep, raw, genuine, believable, relatable, sweet, and pure on so many levels as it was just absolutely and positivity constructed perfectly from the very beginning to the end. My heart aches for Jimmy and Pearl as they make such a lovely and beautiful couple as they both loved and have loyalty for each other truly and dearly but unfortunately their bond got shattered as Jimmy was betrayed and brutally murder and Pearl grieved his death for over 20 years.🥺😔😭 I was so happy that they finally reunited as it was so sweet and genuine. 😍😎💯👍🥺😔😭 The ending was bittersweet due to Jimmy getting his revenge 😏😈 but at the same time he died with Pearl as she sacrifice herself to die with Jimmy as she still loved him truly and dearly and grieved his death for over 20 years as she did not want to go through that again.🥺😔😭
I feel bad for Pearl. Not only did she witnessed Jimmy getting betrayed and brutally murder she was also grieving his death for over 20 years as she still loved him truly and dearly. I'm so happy that they finally reunited. It was so sweet and genuine.😍😎💯👍🥺😔😭

Gurl, we all stand by Bones. Tia wasn't scared, ginger ain't scared if her cousin. In deadmeats killcount of this, james talked about Snoop and Pam. Snoop was loved that the woman grew up watching in movies was now kissing him.
I used to love this movie! It's still one of my favourites ❤❤ I've only seen Snoop's Hood of Horrors one time, but you should definitely cover that one too
The scene when Jimmy is confronting Shotgun as he did a hilarious scream is one of the most memorable and funniest scenes in the whole entire movie. LMAO it never gets old.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Jimmy and Pearl both loved each other genuinely and sincerely as they both have loyalty for each other as Pearl made a choice to die with Jimmy but Jimmy uses his last ounce of strength to protect her because he loved her.🥺😔😭
When Jimmy said " Those fools they my people" 😐 I felt that in my heart as he knows what's good for them since he is the neighborhood protector spreading love and happiness in the community.😍😎💯👍
Jimmy Bones is such a unique character. 🤔 I absolutely and positivity feel remorse and empathy for Jimmy as I totally sympathize and understand his anger as he was robbed out of his life.😭🥺😔 Jimmy definitely and completely deserved his revenge in every way on the people that did him wrong in the past.😏😈 It is a scene in the movie when he's walking in the neighborhood and he is remembering how great it was. I love that scene because it's representing that Jimmy Bones isn't really a evil and heartless individual at all as he was once the neighborhood protector making sure his community and his people we're safe and okay as he really loved and cared doing it. When Jimmy said "Those fools they my people" 😐 I felt that in my heart as he knows what's good for them.😍😎💯👍 It's so heartbreaking and sad because it shows how the neighborhood went to hell as drugs and crime overcome it as the citizens really depended on Jimmy through all those 20 years he was dead.🥺😔😭 It's also so relatable, insightful, and articulate because you have certain places in life that have special childhood memories and moments but unfortunately it takes a downfall as it's full with hatred, filth, and greed.🥺😔😭
I love your review One of favorite class despite of me still hate the ending Lesson for Maurice "never take from the dead" always end up bad Theory I think bones attractive Cynthia because of her resemble of Pearl and didn't know of his child until after And as for Eddie and Lupervich they had what coming to em , no buts about it As for Jeremiah understand why Jimmy saved him for last , Bones loved Jeremiah as brother and wanted him and his friend to succeed but Jeremiah only wants in for himself then end up killing his best friend , shit on the neighborhood he came from and not only live his best life but had family while Jimmy never got to fulfilled that hint when Jeremiah ask tell me what you want Jimmy?" And Jimmy answered "Can you give me my life back"! Knowing it's already too late

The fresh silk press comment took me COMPLETELY and UTTERLY out😂😂😂😂😂
Bones (2001) is memorable, iconic, and well-known due to it's story, practical effects, direction, and performance's.
Jimmy Bones lost everything. His life, his neighborhood, his people, and Pearl as my heart absolutely and positivity aches for him.😔😭🥺
That Kratos GOW reference?!?! Is For Your Nostalgia a gamer??
😂😂😂 I am not a gamer. I like watching gamers play though
I had to stop the video when she said “maybe it’s a mall between realms”😂😂😂😂😂😂
I love how Jimmy says " You heard the man try it" 😏😈 it was just so sinister and well-deliver. To this day it still gives me chills and goosebumps.😍😎💯👍😰😱
That shit was wild 😂
@@91Definite Facts it was at that moment I ask myself " What in the wrong am I'm watching?" as it absolutely and positivity traumatized me.😅😰😱
Bones got us saying don’t trust everybody…
Girl, the god of war joke was perfect!
" Dog eat dog brother dog eat dog." 😈 I love how Jimmy says it. It was just so sinister and well-deliver. To this day it still gives me chills and goosebumps.😍😎💯👍😏😰😱
This channel is quickly becoming a favorite of mine keep up the good work
Snoop hair used to be LAID
Gurl, we all stand by Bones. Tia wasn't scared, ginger ain't scared if her cousin. In deadmeats killcount of this, james talked about Snoop and Pam. Snoop was loved that the woman grew up watching in movies was now kissing him.
Idk...you would be very surprised 😂
For some reason I love how Jimmy just slits Shotgun's throat and sings " Swing Low Sweet Chariot" it was just so simple yet effective.😍😎💯👍🤔
His hair is luxurious. It's one of the first things I noticed.
Bianca Lawson was Gorgeous
@19:53 girl no you didn’t 😂 girl this is why I live for your commentary just be having me dying
I used to love this movie! It's still one of my favourites ❤❤
I've only seen Snoop's Hood of Horrors one time, but you should definitely cover that one too
Can the next video be “Child’s Play” 1987? That would be the best commentary video ever for the spooky season 🙌🏾🙌🏾
"Tales from the Hood" next please 😅
@@devantejackson5085 She already did Tales From The Hood but TH-cam took it down. It’s on her account on Spotify.
18:34 I think bones controlled Cynthia the whole time
She mentioned Kratos and Mimir. She's a gamer and I'm in love
14:46 can’t have a movie without him acting like he wants a oscar😂😂
I done forgot about this movie!! lol since you are doing scary movies for October, are you doing, “leprechaun in the hood?”
Hope she does "Tales from the Hood" next
@@devantejackson5085 she has apparently on something else
The scary part is the pastors and politicians are EXACTLY like Jeremiah, still walking around talking down on the people they helped poison
" Heh heh it's a trip ain't it?" 😏😈 I love how Jimmy says it. It was just so hilarious and well-deliver.😍😎💯👍🤣
I was 15 when this movie came out, me and my brother rented it from blockbuster and we kept it for almost a month before we took it back 😂
If y’all wanna know more about the behind the scenes of this mobile watch Black Noire they talk way in depth about this film
I love your review
One of favorite class despite of me still hate the ending
Lesson for Maurice "never take from the dead" always end up bad
Theory I think bones attractive Cynthia because of her resemble of Pearl and didn't know of his child until after
And as for Eddie and Lupervich they had what coming to em , no buts about it
As for Jeremiah understand why Jimmy saved him for last , Bones loved Jeremiah as brother and wanted him and his friend to succeed but Jeremiah only wants in for himself then end up killing his best friend , shit on the neighborhood he came from and not only live his best life but had family while Jimmy never got to fulfilled that hint when Jeremiah ask tell me what you want Jimmy?" And Jimmy answered "Can you give me my life back"! Knowing it's already too late
