A new fan here and just found you. On the East Coast but got lucky enough to have a father who worked in the pipeline in Alaska for 30 years. I have been to Anchorage man, many times, and the biggest Halibut we ever caught was a 233-pound door mat, this brings me back. The best eating fishing!

the single rack goes on top of the vertical indentions, and you have the dual rack in correct spot. by placing the coals on the lower rack with space underneath it will allow airflow and will cook the charcoal faster and do a hotter job faster. here is a similar type with the same charcoal grate/MCIRCO Outdoors Portable Collapsible Charcoal Barbeque Grill | Wayfair

I really appreciate this excellent enjoyable video I hope and pray for your full recovery and I really like the delicious meal you cooked Your a very multi talented person, Also I enjoy seeing your boat, So what make is it , It's a nice size and has a cuddy that looks just awesome When I was young my Dad had a 78 Boston Whaler Revenge 19 , we used to fish out of Dillon Beach Lawson's landing , it was a great boat and had a nice small sleeper berth in it , we went for rock cod and salmon and halibut which were plentiful in and outside of Tomales bay Point Rey's area , I'm sure your familar with that rugged stretch of coastline , it was very enjoyable, I have fond memories of all the fishing we did out in the ocean, Sadly those days are gone and Lawson's doesn't have moorings or a fuel dock today or even a pier, Thanks to your videos , I plan to get back to fishing again You make it look so fun and simple , once again thanks , keep making these , God bless you
