Scotland and its people have been incredible today. That journey from Balmoral to Edinburgh was one of the most moving things I have ever watched in my life. The Scots showed their class on every mile of that route. Whatever your politics, Scotland did its Queen proud today. Bravo!
Bravo Scotland! Your respect and affection for our beloved Queen, the wonderful tribute of the farmers, the horses, and the thousands of people lining up the streets as HRH Queen Elizabeth 11 passed ,was magnificent and so moving. The Queen knew that her days were numbered and she planned to be in her beloved Balmoral Castle when she finally left us.
The simple white wreath was made from flowers growing at Balmoral. From her favourite flowers. Apparently gamekeepers were pallbearers and carried her from the house to the car.
The tractors and horses are so genuinely moving.Amidst he pump and decorum it looks real and approachable… still very respectful. Somewhat this spontaneity brought me to tears.
God bless the Queen and What a wonderful caring lot of Scottish farmers who have placed their tractors 🚜 alongside her route and they have did a beautiful thing. She’s loved for sure. I am American and I love her for 68 years 🙏💐❤️🇺🇸❤️🩹
I have been watching the whole Scottish side of this chain of events, it has been incredibly intimate, personal and beautiful. Buckingham Palace has too many people visiting so it makes the Royals look like gods. While in Edinburgh they looked like they were simply amongst their people. I am so glad she died in Balmoral so we got to see this today and yesterday. The people of Scotland should be proud of themselves, it has been simply beautiful.
The delightful silence as our Queen's hearse drove through the wee villages was the most beautiful sound.........silence, our way of showing her our love and respect. My grand daughter was one of the youngsters who lined up, just beyond the field of tractors, on her pony alongside a good few other young lassies on horseback. The only sound I heard was the rubber of the tyres on the tarmac. Very strange and almost haunting. So pleased our weather held as it started to rain when ever we heard that our Queen had become very ill. The Princess Royal's deep and reverent curtsy, as seen on video, when our Queen arrived in Edinburgh at Holyroodhouse, got me the most. She'd travelled in the car behind the hearse from Balmoral to Edinburgh.
She also a descendent of Robert the Bruce and a Descendent of the Stuart kings from her father’s and her mother’s side , so definitely more Scottish than English 😂 ,I had to get that wee dig in ,wouldn’t be Scottish if I didn’t 😂
@@fenellainnis7216 Well said on her Father's side German royal family but descendants of the Saxon Kings of England away from the French Norman invaders so further back in time from 1066.
@Stephen Burgess I hate to break it to you but both her parents had Scottish ancestry. Her father was related to Robert II, the King of Scots......and so was her mum. Scottish ancestry on both sides of the Family
Exactly what I’ve been saying. Those two are just so self obsessed and Harry still thinks he’s going to be ‘murdered’ like his mother. He really needs mental health therapy to deal with his mothers death, which I believe he still hasn’t come to terms with, fuelled by his wife trying to be her reincarnation.
Just curious, did the procession stop for gas and restroom break ? Six hours, wow. I'd have to stop at least once ! I didnt watch the whole thing. Very nice.

This started at Diana's funeral. When her brother made his speech it was broadcast to the crowds outside. The crowds applauded and the Abbey's doors were open so the congregation heard the crowd's applause. Chris De Burgh who was in the Abbey described a wave of applause coming in from outside. This was unprecedented. No-one had dared clap at a funeral or hearse before then. But since then it's always been done for famous people. Diana the trendsetter.
It is their final acknowledgement of a gracious lady who was well loved by all.It was meant to honor her, to show their approval of her and how much she will be missed. It wasn’t loud or ostentatious. It was respectful.
@@seansmith445 I don;'t mind it, but I can understand how people think it is disrespectful. The thing I hate was that people clapped at Jimmy Saville's funeral, because the public thought he was a saint then.
@@Amperzand I don't find it disrespectful and I know that isn't the intention. I just find it inappropriate and not fitting the occasion. For me it spoils what should be something solemn.
I am an anti-monarchist. We might be in the minority but i dont care. Out of all the tributes i have seen this one moved me the most. I can understand peoples' feelings about her death. For me it is stricktly a matter of why do we have to follow laws that they dont? Why are they allowed to get away with crap non of us are allowed to get away with? Vetting laws that we have to follow that they are exempt from? Give me a break. This is exactly the reason as to why the USA was formed, among other things.

127 miles from aberdeen to edin every mile covered by proud scottish /british people saying goodbye to their queen
I stood and paid my respects to her as her procession passed through Dundee on way to Edinburgh. Was extremely moving! Was proud to be Scottish!
It brought tears to my eyes seeing the farmers tribute ,
Same
They brought out the their animals to line up also.
our queens daughter princess anne curtsying when her mum passed remarkable sign of respect & humility
Oh this is the sweetest tribute. This made me cry the queen is honoured. 🚜🚜🚜

Absolutely beautiful Scottish tractors honoring Queen Elizabeth.🙏
Fantastic tribute

What a genuine respectful gesture. Thank you Farmers!

Aussie, I'm so glad you shared that. I have no words, just tears.😢
Sure why not she would have known each and every one of them.
Tractors and horses were the best ever. She would have loved that. R.I.P YOUR ROYAL HIGHNESS you will be greatly missed.x
How touching and respectful.
Thank you Bonnie Scottish farmers and people 😊
I was watching them traveling and the sight of the tractors was out of this world absolutely brilliant
The tractors and horses are so genuinely moving.Amidst he pump and decorum it looks real and approachable… still very respectful. Somewhat this spontaneity brought me to tears.
Me too, it was simply wonderful.
Well done to all those who put on these displays of tractors and horses. The Queen was a farmer, horsewoman and a countrywoman through and through.

The farmers tribute was so heart-warming and emotional.
One of the most moving scenes. Thank you Scotland.
Its clear to see why our beloved Queen loved Scotland so much🖤 WELL DONE SCOTLAND YOU DID HER PROUD 🌹
R.I.P dear Queen forever in our hearts 💕
The Queen was truly loved and respected
What an outpouring of love of the Scots, for the Queen...very touching of the farmers trucks homage
I have tears watching the Scottish farmers!
Her Majesty lived Her faith.
Absent from her body, present with her Lord and Saviour.🙏 🙌
Remember the Queen is half Scottish so I'm not surprised at the response from the public in Scotland.
They are of German descent. Carefully concealed.

This was amazing in Scotland the farmers. Weather fantastic tribute to her majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Very nice Scotland HRH would be very moved. Watching from Canada.
It would have been nice if you had shown the horse and riders which were also lined up. They were further down from the tractors. God bless the queen
They were there in just a brief moment as the reporting video moved on. I saw them with mounted riders.
Scottish class at its finest! Lost it at the tractors!
Loved it ❤️
Amazing to see the king roll by with his windows partially down in his secured car. Isn’t he worried like Harry?

nope
the tractors made me cry
you gotta love Scotland
Princess Anne knows how to do a proper curtsey.
I'm very proud ,at this moment, but very sad.
How lovely! ❤

Oh thank God someone else wants to know besides me.
I wondered that too. Strong bladders in scotland
I mean how big are the tanks on the cars? Perhaps they had escort vehicles with refuelling capabilities like they do with planes. Not really lol

"...slow 6-hour journey..." Just think about it.

yes I watched it.
That means more than all the tea in china
Farmers missed a trick.... should have ploughed /cut a huge memorial artwork etc in one of the fields that would be seen from the air .
