Thank you for this Mark, just a mile away from me here. Did you visit the cemetery across the road. So much pain and suffering happened within these walls, it’s bound to be absorbed into the building, even though the women’s unit is 100 years younger than the main asylum. W. Unit opened in 1916, whilst the main asylum opened in 1816. So glad you were more successful than I was in gaining entry! A great explore as always x

Adam, why are your explores so short? Can you make them longer so we can see more like with this explore? Other explorers have some that are over an hour. You missed so much for us to see. My nan was in there in the early 70s after going through a bad menopause. She was given electric shock treatment in there and she rang my grandad once it was over and begged him to come and get her out. He drove up from Blackpool the very next day and brought her home. Great video guys.

I started watching when my husband was in the CCI. Which is the cross cancer institute in AB Canada. I stayed with him 24/7, so watching theses I could get my mind off the obvious. I love these videos always been fascinated with the paranormal. Thank you!

The architecture of this Victorian building is beautiful, it’s such a shame it’ll be eventually knocked down for housing.
There’s so much that’s happened in that building it must be in the walls, and the spirits still unrested.
It really made me think. when you said, about the abuse the women would have been put through by the staff. Even the methods of supposedly helping the distressed were barbaric

They do tear it down and build houses or apartments there I wouldn't want to live there cuz they're all going to be haunted.
@@davidroberson8030 Many modern new homes suffer from what was on the site a long time ago! The trauma that the spirits endured makes them restless and upset, so no matter what is there now, they are still staying where their torture took place!

The spirits in this horrible place were so intimidated in physical life. I sensed an octopus type demonic entity that has trapped these spirits who are too weak to escape. Might be a good idea to do a rescue session with a spiritualist at some point. Even though they were mentally ill as people, they seem very innocent, as if life as they knew it was too much and they went from the frying pan of society to the fire of torment of the asylum personnel. Get a spiritualist to free them in the future!

Look at the Julio Manrique mental asylum in Sibate Colombia, a demonic force lives in that place that fed on the pain and suffering of the patients and led them to death, also in the chapel of that asylum is a place of worship to the devil for the the richest and powerful in Colombia, this place is one of the most haunted places in all of Latin America and was open until 2005.
You should take Dale along again, him being a big jesse is so entertaining.

Great video i used to live just down the road from there a few years ago. There are so many horror stories about that place and somebody i know worked there in the later years it's a really spooky place for sure.

Adam! I hope you go back and explore this asylum and do further paranormal investigations!! Just spectacular the rate of speed the spirit orb was coming towards you!! Also, quite the vivid spirit apparition that was forming on the steps. Think they were definitely interested in communicating with you further as the orb and apparition seemed to have no fear of you or your friend!

This is one creepy building ! The exterior of the building is just as creepy as inside. This place is definitely haunted. I can see why this place would be haunted considering the pain the patients were going through and then add the abuse they under went.

Here in the usa I rented a big apartment that was once a mental hospital many years ago. Was creepy at night and the whole time I lived there I had bad luck. A college bought it and tore it down.

Hi Mark, phenomenal opening shots, what a bleak and eerie place, it’s like something from a horror movie. The spikes on your meter says it all. 20:41 someone whispers ‘no’ as you’re asking questions. 23:35 I thought ‘ask’ was said followed by ‘Edward’. Can’t imagine ever going into any haunted buildings but if I did I’d be back to back with Matt and I certainly wouldn’t venture alone, so great respect for all you do. Definitely an interesting and creepy place. I tried out to intensely listen in on this one with a new headset without watching, the stuff you pick up in the background! Also a relief to see that your not going in alone. As an urban explorer my moto is 2 is a must, more is even better. You never can know what you find on your path. Thank for investigating this site.

My first time watching your explores. It's good to know that you recognize when a Spirit is near you. Please, always be kind and gentle. Always. The Spirits who are there, are most likely there to try and heal from massive traumas. Offer your humanity and kindness toward them, and they will respond.

That was awesome...the intro was exceptional and oh my God....I have never been so on edge....when you walked down that corridor on your own I was almost begging you not to, and then that tunnel...what were you thinking!! The aparition in my opinion somehow looks female and that child that 'moaned' for their Mum gave me goosebumps..poor baby. Absolutely brilliant video, they just get better!
