Good report, but i don’t understand your mention about MXP airport, it has been completely renovated (restyled) during last years, between 2015 and 2019. I my opinion, it looks very clean, elegant and nice, much better than FCO, for exemple…

I was just in Milan a couple weeks ago! I flew back to Atlanta but my aunt flew to JFK! Though she was on Delta.
Nice Plane you took from Milan to New York City I have took American Airlines from Chicago to Orlando back in March two month before my 8th grade graduation on a 2001 built American 737-800 but no IFE in it.
It's crazy that AA removed IFE's on ALL of their narrow-body fleet.

Another nice flight review. You were lucky to score a row to yourself and be able to spread out a bit. The view on approach to New York was really nice. What do you use to film your flight reviews? I use a GoPro and iPhone for mine.
How long was the flight? We are going to Italy and I don’t think I’m going to be able to make it in those seats.

If Hell could fly, it would be a long haul flight on a 3-4-3 configuration on American Airlines.
We flew last month from Rome to Toronto on a 777-300. I don't know the difference.
The -300 is longer and seats more people.

AA is my prefered airline in North America. Much better customer service than Delta
Delta is better to me.
But you can't deny American Airlines does have a decent service.
Delta service is far more more superior. AA flight attendants are rude and lack people skills. In fairness I've only met 2 flight attendants on American that were truly nice. Delta flight attendants are super customer service friendly. However, I've experienced 2 flight attendants on Delta that were rude. I fly Delta if I can snag a Delta one seat. I fly first and business on American. The AA first and Business seats are better than Delta one. Delta one should go back to the old padded seat they had before. But Delta is # 1 in my book for customer service.
@@suzettelawes2104 Well the thing is that American Airlines is really inconsistent. Sometimes you might feel like you have world class service, other times you feel like your on Spirit Airlines. And once you get those really bad experiences they never fly on the airline again.

@@suzettelawes2104 Any airline can have crappy service and who knows if the FAs are tired or at the end of their shift. I’ve known some AA flight attendants who are definitely not rude or unprofessional, quite the opposite.
