- In this video I visit Rock and Roll Harley Davidson in Cleveland, Ohio to checkout the new 2024 Harley Davidson Road Glide and Street Glide standards. We go over all of the new additions that they brought to the 2024 models. I also go on a test ride on both the 2024 Road Glide and the 2024 Street Glide.

Great review guys, wasn’t expecting this from a smaller channel, but you really covered a lot… well done 👏
I really appreciate the kind words. I do what I can 🤣 Thank you for watching and leaving your feedback!
Hi I live in Australia and have 2023 Cvo road glide. I am about to purchase shoei neo tex 3 modular helmet and will be purchasing a Sena srl3 headset that fits the Helmet. This is being purchased through Harley. They are unable to advise me if it will work with the entertainment boombox. This sucks so I need help. Regards Robert
Hey Robert. I'm guessing your CVO didn't already come with a Sena headset? I know here in the US they come with the bike. If not, you will still be able to pair your headset to the bike. I use a Cardo and it works. The only thing you lose are the harley voice commands. I am still able to turn the music up and down with my headset and use the voice assistant on my phone. I hope this helps!
Looks like another nice Dealership! I love the name! Rock and Roll! The Blue Burst is so pretty. Cannot wait to go check these new bikes out!
It's pretty nice! I also really love that blue! Looks even better in person. Appreciate you watching Karen!
Great channel Great content I've been a subscriber for a while and your channel gets better and better thx alot for ur time an effort!!!
Thank you so much for the kind words Michael! I do my best to bring you great content! I appreciate you watching and being a subscriber.
Man That blue is on point...I love blue but Kake beat me to the punch. If we ever leave Gold Wings we are looking at Indian, But HD is closing in fast. Great video Joe.
The blue looks even better in person! I can see Harley's in your future 😂 Appreciate you watching!
I’m so happy to be the first to catch these videos
Another great video Joe, thank you! With my 2022 Street Glide ST having a Stage II upgrade, Tabs w/Zombies, plus the RBW Skull (ride by wire technology) device for insane throttle response, I'd probably give those bikes a good run for the money! 😜
Appreciate it Tom. It's very possible! Appreciate you watching and leaving your feedback!
It’s nice to see them finally start to incorporate some technology into their bikes such as ride modes and suspension upgrades ( to mention a couple). I’m sure competitive pressures from Indian motorcycle has played a huge factor in this.
You're probably right. I must say that I'm pretty happy with everything that is offered in the base models.
That blue and black street glide looks sick! That is really making me consider trading in my gunmetal/orange 2018 CVO St. glide. Not for nothing, but the 2024 street glide standard still seems to be an upgrade from the 2018 street glide CVO. With the exception of the audio of course. Which I don't even use to be honest because the speakers suck.
I really liked the blue on the street glide. It would definitely be an update. So many awesome new features! I traded in my 17 Street Glide for a 23 RG CVO. Absolutely love these new bikes! I appreciate you watching and leaving your feedback.
Who forgets their gas cap, rides away and not notice right away? 😅
🙋 This guy 🤣 In my defense, it's only happend once haha
👍🏾 I'd be worried if it was more than that!😅
@joeburr7537 me too 🤣
Exactly. Never heard of that before!?
I must be the only one 😂
What is the top speed of the Street Glide? What changes were made to correct the 2023 CVO SG aerodynamic issues it had besides adding a weight to the bike?
I believe it's governed at about 110, but I'm not 100% sure. I'm also not sure what they did to correct the areodynamic problem.
Im indecisive. Why do i miss the previous model year. These look like Indians. And I miss the Sand Pearl paint.
I like the previous years too. But these new ones, they are amazing machines!
Nice review, id like to see a review of the road glide cvo st
Thank you. I will definitely be doing a review on that once they get it in!
Just found your channel really enjoy your content. Definitely seems like to wait two years at least before pulling the trigger on these new bikes to get all the bugs and glitches worked out.
Thank you very much, I appreciate the kind words. Waiting is definitely an option, but there hasn't really been any major problems that the dealer hasn't been able to fix. All I know is these are some amazing machines. In my opinion, Harley knocked it out of the park with the new changes. I appreciate you watching!
@@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures unfortunately, the dealers near me are absolutely horrible to deal with. They already have these new bikes on the showroom floor and they have 6k markups already on them.
@Clearsyde yikes! I would shop around. That's insane.
Typical review - you mentioned the torque spec but what is the rear wheel HP? Yes torque is about the pull but I still wanna know the HP spec. Front and rear travel info is also important to know. Thanks
Street glide hands-down looks so much better than road glide.
My opinion I like the road glide better. I actually went from a street glide guy to a road glide guy after the new changes. But, everyone is different! Appreciate you watching and leaving your feedback!
Do we have to roll up our jeans and wear white 2tone shoes to ride these new models???
😆🤠✌️
Not required, but optional 😂
Wow, they were making fun of all these Japanese designs and they went all import 😂
They are both good looking motorcycles...
I think they both look good too, but I like the road glide better.
Nice new rides! It's about time! For the first time, you can't decide what to get or what color 😂 good job, Harley....or should I say, number 33😅🙏
I agree! I think they did great on these new models. The small bugs are inevitable though. I appreciate you watching!
I went to local Harley-Davidson today and tested a Street Glide and RoadGlide and neither had audio. No radio, Bluetooth, or WIRED connection audio, also the onboard audio test had no play either.
Oh man, might be a glitch on these first models. I know people have said they just need to flash the radio and it will work. Hopefully they get ahead of this. I appreciate you watching!
The 107 motor still exists in the Softail Standard
And still…
They don’t come stock with a,”W.H.I.M” system. 😩
Glad they did finally upgrade the suspension. I like the blue color.
If it's anything like the CVO, the whim is built in. According to Harley Davidson's website, you are able to connect a headset to the radio.
Did HD hire the Polaris design team?
Not to my knowledge!
Wireless car play with this entry level ?
Not wireless, you still have to plugin your phone. I also believe you have to have a headset connected to the bike in order for it to work.
Wow they look fantastic!! outstanding to lets us know whats going on with the new models!! Please tell Tony!!!! he should be in radio!!!!! lol fantastic voice!!!!!!!!
Haha Tony was a natural! I was pretty impressed with these base models. Appreciate you watching and leaving your feedback!
Is the turn signal not like on cars: one press for 3 blinks for quick motorway overtake indication, and harder press for full indicator?
Not to my knowledge. I fully depress the turn signal. I'm taking my CVO to the shop to get flashed and I heard that will take care of it. We shall see!
Can’t find a 10” windscreen for my 2023 CVO SG unless I want a clear one from HD. Any aftermarket options yet?
I think klockwerks just came out with thier sport version.
@@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures - not sure it’s out yet. I’ve been checking the site every day!
@@Dandre01 I really like the HD 10" windshield. I have it on my 23 RG CVO. Makes a huge difference!
@@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures - I’m sure it’s a big help. My first ride on my SG I noticed on the highway I was getting a ton of buffeting.
@@Dandre01 definitely a big help. It was the first thing I changed immediately!
The RF amp and speakers suck!!! 9 watts output, not 200watts
Getting the Volunteer Audio upgrade kit.
@stevenrichart3891 I've heard good things about that kit!
I’m hoping so, I’ll let you know when I get mine installed
How long does the signal stay on? I know they do time out.
Not long at all. I think it has to do with your speed. When I'm on the freeway it stays on. But in the city, it will shut off after like 5 blinks. Super dangerous
@@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures I wouldn't mind that for lane changes if it's consistent.
@@marathonrefrigeration9593 right. But when it comes to turning with someone behind you, that can be dangerous. Your signal turns off so they think you're going straight. Disaster waiting to happen!
Spend all that money and the blinkers does not stay on, I'll stick with the older model because the blinkers work...
@freeride6441 taking my CVO to the shop to fix this problem. I guess all they have to do is flash the system. Luckily it isn't a huge issue.
liquid cooled? don’t know if i like
I'm a fan. This will help keep the heat down on those hot days. Especially in stop and go traffic.
Liquid cooled heads have been standard since 2014 on the Limited's with lowers, so the system should be good to go.
Supposedly on these 2024s the cooling route starts at the rear head also (which makes sense since it gets hotter).
Keeping cool maintains hp/tq .
inner fairing that is painted would be nice!
Yes it would. But in the past, it only came on the specials and CVO's. So I'm not really surprised. I still think for the price you get a lot! Appreciate you watching!
I bought a new road glide last Thursday and had to take it back Friday because I could get no sound out of the speakers. They had to reset and flash the head unit with an update. Looks like this is gonna be one of those bugs they gotta work out
There will be issues. Hopefully there will be no major ones that Harley can't address. I'm thoroughly enjoying my 23 CVO even though there has been some glitches. It's an amazing machine!
@@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures agreed I have zero complaints of the bike so far. That was just a minor inconvenience that they addressed very quickly and resolved.
@@williecrawford9957 good to hear!
