great recipe. I tried it recently. Pro tip: If you want it look more like a dessert, just put fresh cut fruits/berries like physalis, Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries on top of the cheesecake, then add the honey/thyme mix . You can add also powedered suger on top to give the dessert a even more spectacular looks. Enjoy guys and thanks for the video :)
Thank you. This looks delicious and I love Ottolenghi’s recipes. You gave clear explanations, video, and video editing🙌. I am going to use lemon thyme.
I could not find fresh thyme leaves anywhere. Can I use dried thyme from a jar or will it taste bad/be texturally bad? If I can, how much should I use? Thanks.
Why didn’t you line the bottom of the pan? You will have hard time serving this on a plate then, probably the reason you didn’t show that. Also not sure why the wax paper needs to stick out so high above the pan rim. You are not a professional (eg scratched pan) and you are using other people’s ideas. What’s your point: getting some funding from KitchenAid?

Do not use dried. Just leave it out completely. It will still be good.
Thank you from Australia.
You are very very welcome, Hope you liked the video and the cake 👍
😋
The pan you heated the honey with is scratched. That’s dangerous with nonstick cookware
Thanks for letting me know, that pan is lucky gone already 👍
Measurements please
Measurements are mentioned in the video (shown nearly at the end, 04:44).
