Unfortunately, he lives in the US. You can't just cook food and give it to anybody without major precautions and TONS of insurance. That is why almost zero restaurants in the US can give leftover food to homeless shelters. VERY SAD! Olive Garden is one of the few and they go through significant extra inspections to do so!

Hey Sam, I doubt you'll read this yet, I hope you do. My Uncle recently passed away from a battle with Alcoholism that shocked our family, he was 60. Yet, I am always one to appreciate the good times in life that I had with him. He loved your show and had been a fan of yours for 8+ years. He was the one who got me hooked on these videos as well. I used to go out to eat all the time but you showed me how delicious and fulfilling cooking at home can be. During our last Thanksgiving together my Uncle and I made your Orange Chicken Burrito together and lemme tell you, it was one of the best things I have ever eaten. I guess that is what is great about good food, it brings people together. Thank you for creating a connection to my Uncle and I through what you do. If there was ever a time to do homemade pickles, using giant cucumbers it would be on a huge sandwich like this. Also it would be a great time to cut the pickles into planks instead of coins. You put a decent amount of pickles, but not nearly enough when you scale everything up equally (although the amount of chicken is already insane so I guess that doesn't really matter. Maybe put toppings in between layers? Lastly, your bun coverage is poor at best. I give you a C-🥉😆 I am a proponent of pickle planks for better coverage and not having to worry about them falling out everywhere (on normal size sandwiches at least).
