Great solution. One idea... Instead of using sandpaper, it may work well to use chamfer and deburring bits (used for cartridge reloading)
Such a simple idea and cheap what more could you ask for, would never thought of that cheers for sharing...

What size xx75 arrows did you use for this. I looked on Lancaster archery supply to get some and there were a ton of options.

Just checked. Its Easton XX75 in 2016 size. Fits over the Axis 5mm shafts nicely. Thanks for watching.
