The Temper-Pedic Adapt 3" topper is so uncomfortable. It's hard to turn and toss and it did not provided the pillow top softness I wanted and Tempur-pedic doesn't allow returns on toppers like other companies do.
I got the BedStory 3" firm off Amazon and it's not that great. The middle sinks. Probably because of the memory foam & it stays sunk. I even flipped it over to the vinyl side & it still sinks after a night or two. I need a FIRM topper that won't sink! And my mattress is only a year old.
I wanted to get a memory foam topper and also a fluffy, pillowy mattress pad. I want structure for my joints but also a comfy squishy hotel-like bed. Can I have both or will the mattress pad take away what the foam topper does?
Great question! The foam topper does work best when it's laying directly on your mattress. BUT, it sounds like an experiment waiting to happen. Try it out and let us know what you think!
