Update on my daughter ❤
Later this week, she's getting put into a residential mental health facility. She's needed that for at least a year now, and I'm so proud that she's getting that help she so desperately needs. God can move mountains, and all of the prayers you guys have helped me with have really proved to be my saving grace ❤ I will absolutely miss her, but I can visit her once a week, at least, and I am so thankful for all of your guys' love and support ❤❤❤
I am praying for your daughter - may God’s love nurture her while she is at a place of healing and be a comfort for her whole beautiful life!

Just a suggestion if you're interested - if I have a lot hummus, I like to make a layered dip. Hummus on the bottom, a layer of Greek yogurt or sour cream, and then whatever other layers you like: chopped cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper, roasted red pepper, olives, artichoke hearts, red onion, and top with feta or shredded cheese. You can baked sliced pita bread or naan for toasted chips, kettle chips, crackers or use vegetables for dippers. It's delicious!

I'm getting by my new house I can't wait to test for new oven and bake and see how it is and I'm so excited my first home. Seeing you cleaning your fridge, made me go to the kitchen to clean my own fridge (I already wanted to do that this weekend). Happy I am ready now with that task. So I can enjoy some sunshine tomorrow (here in The Netherlands it will be 25 celsius) and that seems to be our last sunny day for this summer (we never know, but the weather forecast said that). Totally random here but just wanted to let you know about Walgreens super end of summer sale. I thought of you because they had several dresses similar to what you wear and lots of pool/summer toys, etc. all for 90% off. We grabbed several items from several different locations including two pair of cute sandals for myself which I think were $1.30 each and a couple of the dresses I mentioned for $1.89. Anyway, just thought I'd share and I'm pretty sure it's most Walgreens everywhere participating. 😊

Good morning Amy!! Back in the day when the health craze was low-fat I experimented a little with applesauce and I found that substituting the water with cold brewed coffee helped enhance the chocolate in brownies! I still do that today. I have yet to find a recipe that’s better than a box brownie mix!
Curry and finely chopped apples are good in chicken salad.

i dont know where your buying eggs at that are $25 for 5dz at you just have to take your time shopping and find the deals

When u use applesauce, it needs to be plain. Unsweetened is the best to use as a substitution. Just wanted to let u know.😊

Amy, Nora Cooks has some great recipes without eggs. Just sub regular milk for almond milk. Also, you could use that applesauce in some baked oatmeal!
Sweet pickle relish, some vinegar and sugar if I don’t have miracle whip, I grew up on miracle whip to. For tuna and chicken salad. 😊
You could put the applesauce in smoothies.
I’m behind and am just seeing this on Sunday. I gathered some items and did some baking with my 2 year old grand daughter and one of the things we made was your pumpkin bread. We make 2 pans of plain, 2 pans with nuts and 2 pans with nuts and chocolate chips. I love your cookbook

just an idea. my dad was very meticulous. he tacked nails under the cabinet and put each measuring spoon on a one, so he had them when he needed them.

Yes I hear it when she is at regular speed, but not when she is sped up.
Sounds like the fan on her oven hood.
Or it could be that her ovens are convection ovens which have loud fans.
