I have made for my children, pizza, egg rolls. It was years ago when my sons were still home. But I would use mozzarella or whatever cheese I had on hand, pepperoni slices and rice. And some of your bell pepper mix that you have in your freezer. Add a little of that and they make the best pizza rolls and you just fry them in the deep fryer like regular egg rolls. They really are delicious. You could even add some of your sausage that would be good! On the cabbage for your regular egg rolls, I have used coleslaw mix just as a shortcut. Hi, Amy. I cook my ground meat and then cabbage, carrots and onions together. Then put mixture in a colander and let drain. It turns out great every time for egg rolls and I also put this mixture in rolled out dough and bake them. We call them Runza’s in Nebraska. Have a good holiday. Blessings to you all.
I do the same thing. We call them bierocks. The secret is the Caraway seed powder. Changes the whole taste into the flavor. That's delicious. My husbands favorite!

And I can’t find it. After what’s happened to me . I just keep going with the day to day stuff. But your videos give me some hope that it will come back or my luck will change some day. I’m thankful for your videos that do make me smile and hold on a bit longer and a day at a time. Thank you.
The best way to do the cabbage for eggrolls, salt it. Put your shredded cabbage in a strainer and pour some salt in it. Sit the strainer on top of an upside down bowl inside of another bowl. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Then squeeze the excess water out. Dont put to much salt and you dont have to worry about rinsing. The salt pulls the water out of the cabbage and wilts it. I do it this way for wontons.

Hi Amy. I love chicken bullion too! It is a much better way of salting savoury dishes, as it adds flavor without separate salt. I like to think of it as an extra herb or spice in my kitchen arsenal!

Becky at Acre Homestead made her own garlic pucks by food processing her garlic and using a small cookie scoop and putting them out on a sheet pan to freeze. Once they were frozen, she stored them in doubled up zip lock bags to prevent the garlic from smelling up her freezer.

It is where I store mine as well. I live in a townhouse, and my kitchen and living room are open and are smaller than most hotel rooms. My upstairs is where all the room is. I guess we need extra large bedrooms and a tiny kitchen/frontroom area.
I have a idea for your doughnuts. Oh thats for oven baking or maybe use the pizza oven. Could you use your bean doughnut pan? Use some dough. Kinda roll out into (say size of a pencil around) a rod? size. Cut to length you need for the dough circles.

You can grate the frozen garlic on a micro plane grater from frozen as needed.

I store all my 'paddles' right in my mixer bowl cause you are correct...no room for 'extras' in my small kitchen (sadly I have no pantry either).
