Oh my God, his last statement literarily 😂. So so true, not just Ghana, by the way, Nigeria too. We bought a land, directly from the King and as soon as "we poured the gravel" and started on the fence, some guy showed up with hia 10-yr old receipt. After so much back and forth with the palace and all involved, the mans land was ondeed enchroached on and we had to be assigned another part of the land to make up our part.
Just pour the sand (smell the land 😂) and watch what happens. Africa my continent. 😂😂😂
