Hi Vera😀. Many thanks for the gozleme video. I knew about the potato and meat fillings but not the pickled cheese. If I manage to get beyaz penir I will certainly try it🤪. Any time I've made gozleme I've always had difficulty getting it onto the pan without it breaking up . Maybe I made the dough too thin or put too much filling in them. Have you any thoughts? Ovet the years I seen cats get into the oddest places to relax😉 but I've never seen one relax in a flower pot🤣. As it's unusually sunny in Dublin this week(we've had weeks of rain and cloud😢) our five are are sunning themselves in various places. I've always said that if you want to sit in the warmest place in a house, find a cat and move it. Be prepared though to find yourselve unaccountably at the edge of the chair after a few minutes and a cat occupying most of the chair again. 🤣🤣🤣. Once agin many thanks. Hi Rodney 😀 Yes, you are absolutly right. The dough may tear due to the fact that it is thinly rolled out, or there is a lot of stuffing, or it is very liquid. By the way, gozleme is still very tasty with spinach, green onions, salted cottage cheese, and leeks.I heard that gozleme is also cooked with sujuk, but I haven't tried it. You can also cook gozleme without yeast, it's faster. But it tastes better with yeast 😉. For some reason, all my kittens are very fond of sleeping in flowerpots.
