Real or Fake Honey

- Natural honey contains sucrose, fructose and vitamins, minerals, and water. Honey is beneficial for health. However, a lot of honey available in the market may be not real honey. Most of the honey producers mixed with sugar syrup, sweeteners, and water called adulterated honey. These honey may have a bad effect on health and long term storage honey may be given more bad results.
Possibly honey can me solidify called honey crystallization. If you store a honey longer period of time or a short period in the fridge, it crystallized very quickly in the form of granulated sugars. If honey still in liquid forms then honey is not real.
Some of the companies written on the bottle if they have mixed with something. So please read Lebel before you buy it.
Bad honey dissolves easily, but real honey retains their solubility in the water.
Use a match to try and burn the honey, as pure honey will light up and burn due to the sugar content.
Put some honey onto a thumb and hold it up. If the honey falls quickly, then this is not pure honey. Good quality, pure honey, will stay on the thumb or fall ever so slowly.
put the honey on bread then microwave it for 1 minute then let it cool for 10minute. reaal honey makes bread surface hard and crunchy. However, If the honey has added water, the bread will be soggy.
Ant doesn’t like to eat pure honey, because of smell.

Nowdays these test can't differentiate between fake and real honey. Corn and rice syrup can pass all your tests
