Don't look at Horsepower if u r not buying sportsbikes...... Royal Enfield is producing one of the finest motorcycle which probably sets at bottom of the list when it comes to horsepower and still it's being loved worldwide.

Hero Brand is the number one selling brand in India and they have the record of previously owning "Buell" brand of Race engineer "Eric Buell" , I hope they learned a lot by owning that brand.
Just because you are not aware of the brand doesn’t mean they will not be selling in EU. once launched I think there is high chance that your options will be changed… it’s the world top selling motorcycle brands
Yeah, coz after wrapping up from India, and to keep their company afloat Harley needed an affordable model for which they tied up with Hero to design this. Also they have done the same in China with the Qianjiang group. Till date Hero has sold around 25000 bikes since launching it on 02 July 2023 which Harley couldn't sell in their lifetime in India as the American models have little applicability to the Indian lifestyle. The thing is, you could see more country specific models coming in the future. Obviously this will lead to image dilution but at the EOD you need money to run a business.
Idk why Bajaj is not trying to enter the Europe. They r making ktm 390s and their models like Dominar 400, Pulsar 400 etc are some of the most affordable but powerful and beautiful bikes in India. They r also selling like hotcakes in Latin America. They start at 1734 pounds (180000 Indian rupees)
Actually Honda Splitting from hera was nothing about engineering because engineering part was wholeheartedly handled by Honda. They split because They were selling Honda Motorcycles along with Hero Honda branding so they were basically trying to erase the hero brand completely. And good Honda left because after that honda is Only selling one scooter in good numbers Everything else has flopped from Honda.whereas Hero is still the world no one and growing.
No, they split because 1. As per the business agreement, Honda couldn't sell alone in India. However they setup a scooter plant and started selling Activa. 2. Then they refused to share scooter technology with Hero. 3. Then Hero came to know about their plan to sell bikes too. 4. In all these years after 1999, Hero also started looking out for partners and designing their own engine which they couldn't earlier due to tech agreement with Honda 5. After splitting officially in 2011, Hero paid royalty to Honda till 2K19. So crux is, as a typical Japanese habit, Honda was trying to backstab Hero which the then MD and CEO understood and decided to split.
Hero rally team came second last year in DAKAR rally race and first in this year in Morocco rally race....
