Those base instincts and behaviors are why humanity has come so far despite all of our equally horrible qualities.

My life has taken me to places the most would not believe and when I was 16 I was in Montana and I backed a 500 lb grizzly bear off of a trail in Glacier National Park because from that moment that my father told me what I was I had become Fury. Most Wild Things consent that and that Bear news at this small human that confronted him was not to be messed with. I've been to war in many places and lived a life beyond what most could imagine. For all of that I am so thankful for my father. Now that I am old and they're many stars from battles I have fought and all those scars are on my front. I may not be here too much longer but living a life without fear you will travel paths if no other can follow and you will hold your head high and be able to say at the end "I face my death many times and greeted my teeth and did the deed no matter what."
To ask why we fight... ... is to ask why the leaves fall. It is in their nature. Perhaps, there is a better question. Why do we fight? To protect Home, and Family... To preserve Balance, and bring Harmony For my kind, the true question is: What is worth fighting for?
