today i went through some very traumatic experience inside my family. it was just awfull. and i did have panic attact. first i did EFT and then your oractice. now i can go to sleep like a tiger❤ thank you so much and Namaste🙏🤗🌸

@@COLECHANCEYOGACCYyes it is really challenging to remember that you have tools, and not to go deep down the scrolling hole. it takes a great deal especially for people who do not do yoga or meditation. so it is like we do yoga everyday to remember to take care of youself in a difficult and traumatic moments of life with some mindfullnes and somatic practises which are definitely helping❤ Thank you Cole as you i triduced into my world a very new aproach to yoga🙏 it reflected even how i am teaching it nere in Serbia and Russia. Lots of love from Balkan yogi🌹🙏

Sit however works well for you! Sit on pillow, a block, a chair! There are always way to modify! It’s encouraged!
