    I learn from this vedio is that don't take carbohydrates at dinner.Increase your water intake it's boost your metabolism when metabolism get fast weight automatically start reducing .Dont skip any meal.take one cup black coffee a day and if you doing all these things but still weight is not reduced go for supplements.(metadetox by herbiotics) and have hormonal issue than also use pragnafix.

    I learnt that we have to do physical activity regularly and we should add coffee in our diet .We do note have to skip meal or eliminate carbohydrates but we have to take controlled amount of tortilla and adding protein in breakfast and dinner and drinking a lot of water for maintainance of our health and using detox which detoxifies the chemicals from our body.Thankyou for guiding us.

    so stucked weight can be handled by increasing more water intake, no carbs after evening, no fatty sugary fruits (can tak but in vry low quantity but not daily) ,use more proteins

    Weight stuck issues happened sometimes due to fruits intake.and walk is must outdoor.black coffee is must before walk. If your weight still stuck then ignore carbohydrates after magrib prayers. Just take 50 grams roti two time .make sure your water intake best. 3 meals are must and you can make protine intake good.last but not least supplements you should take multivitamins according your doctor.🙂

    For stucked weight you should do physical activity outdoors..reduce fruits intake especially mango and watermelon...eliminate carbs in dinner and most importantly keep a close look on water intake...in the end agar phr bhi stuck hai then supplement is there to help😊

    I like the idea of intake of black coffee. What about its use in hypothyroidism.
    Surely decrease intake of carbs after evening snack. Decrease use of fruits like mango n watermelon bacause of high sugar content. Increase water intake is the key for sure.
