- Hello everyone and welcome to my recipe channel!Today I'm sharing this delicious Summer Chicken and Celery Salad with you! This fresh and light recipe is perfect both as a main dish and as an appetizer. With simple ingredients like grilled chicken, quail eggs, crispy celery and paper-thin radishes, it's easy to make and can be customized with your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients:
2 chicken breast fillets
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Fresh rosemary to taste
Olive oil to taste
12 quail eggs
4 stalks of celery
1 Tropea onion
4-5 radishes
Salt to taste.
Extra virgin olive oil (EVO) to taste
Fresh basil leaves to taste
Balsamic vinegar to taste
(Optional) Arugula, carrots, peppers, or other ingredients to taste
