Real life experience: My Boat Rockerz 255 Neo stopped working just 1 day before warranty. I raised the warranty ticket. I was little hopeful that it will be really replaced sitting at home. I thought I might have to go to service center in district place. But to my surprise, they picked up the product in 2 days, generated replacement order and 4 days after that I had new product at my hand. Absolutely marvelous job BOAT! :) Thank you.

I have boat basshead 100 wired earphones, which I purchased a year ago(almost 11 months). I bought it for a price of Rs 300.
One side of earphone stopped working within 1 month of purchase. My sister went to boat service center to claim warranty. After new days earphones was delivered to my address without any extra charge, but that also barely lasted to 1.5 months and again one side of the earphone was not working. So we thought to leave that product, as we has to bare travelling cost of Rs 50, for a earphone of Rs 300. Now I got to know that we can also request a pickup from them, so I registered a complaint today. Let's see the experience.

@@pushkaryadav1026 Experience was pretty much good and seemless. I would suggest register a complaint is a good option as pickup and drop is free of cost, so you just need to wait for few day and boom, your new piece is on your door step

@@adityakumarshah9075 mine was a earphone. It took 7 days from the date of complaining till the date when the new piece was delivered. But you must consider the fact that I am from a metropolitan city, kolkata, so the service was fast. Rural areas may take more 2-4 days, depending upon the areas.

Most Important - You can claim this online warranty only if you don't have any official boat service center in your city. If there is any boat service center present in your city then it will ask you to visit the official boat service center.
