They literally rejected my warranty issue calling it damaged ( when it was perfectly fine when I returned it ) and sent me a pic of open airdopes like how would I know it was damaged inside. Recently my boat airdopes atom 81, stopped working, it's light werent flickering and I remembered I had warranty then I tried to replace the product and it amazed me that one can replace it at sitting at home they took around 1 week and sent my repaired airdopes back Thanks boat ! There is a booklet in Product box u will find a QR code scan it it will redirect u a page , that page will be autofilled except name and no. And Serial no. Will be autofilled use thta serial number again
Pathrtic experience. Dont buy boat product. I purchased earbuds. Just after one month of expiry of warranty period, it stopped working. I went to service centre, they denied to any kind of help as the warranty period was over. I requested them to repair it , I will pay whatever amount they demand. Still, they denied that they will not repair it as it was out of warranty period. I went many mobile repairing shop but they all suggested me to go to service centre because no one got ready to repair it. So called the customer care and they advised me to visit service centre if it is in warranty. But it was out of warranty, so they can not help me out even after my willingness to pay for it. So here is my experience about warranty claim So last year 10 Dec 2023 I ordered a boat bass 100 black it's works perfectly fine I'm happy but after 5 month, 19 May 2024 my left ear peace of the earphone stopped working so I raised a ticket filling all of my details where the serial number is optional so I didn't fill because I don't know where it located at that time. Then boat send a email instructions about next steps so I followed Next day 20 may Delivery guy arrived checking my product and then I packed it in a box and handover it. Later that night boat send an email we're you product in testing phase, next day 21 May Boat mailed me testing phase is complete replacement product sooner going to be shipped, then 22, 23, 24 May No mails 25 May, Morning 10 am I got a mail were your product is out of delivery and in 5pm I recieved my product😊 I'm happy good job I'm gonna buy more products from boat in the future for sure. But I'm kinda queries to know does this replaced earphone comes with warranty? Like what if it's stopped working after a month So does Boat do you still consider this product under warranty?

I got my Boat stone 350 delivered one day ago. I expected it as a good quality speaker which perfoms well in low sound. But, In Low volume....the sound is not at least audible. But if I increased volume for sound, the bass is creating lot of disturbance in the whole room. Sound is like in a deep water well. My warranty limit exceeded due to uploaded in correct invoice and then I raised issue for this and then I get a link for replacement when I fill up all the information then their is showing that ( we observed that the same invoice has been used multiple times for raising a claim. Real life experience: My Boat Rockerz 255 Neo stopped working just 1 day before warranty. I raised the warranty ticket. I was little hopeful that it will be really replaced sitting at home. I thought I might have to go to service center in district place. But to my surprise, they picked up the product in 2 days, generated replacement order and 4 days after that I had new product at my hand. Absolutely marvelous job BOAT! :) Thank you.

There is a booklet in Product box u will find a QR code scan it it will redirect u a page , that page will be autofilled except name and no. And Serial no. Will be autofilled use thta serial number again

Pathrtic experience. Dont buy boat product. I purchased earbuds. Just after one month of expiry of warranty period, it stopped working. I went to service centre, they denied to any kind of help as the warranty period was over. I requested them to repair it , I will pay whatever amount they demand. Still, they denied that they will not repair it as it was out of warranty period. I went many mobile repairing shop but they all suggested me to go to service centre because no one got ready to repair it. So called the customer care and they advised me to visit service centre if it is in warranty. But it was out of warranty, so they can not help me out even after my willingness to pay for it. That is why it is not recommended to buy Boat product.

So here is my experience about warranty claim
So last year 10 Dec 2023 I ordered a boat bass 100 black it's works perfectly fine I'm happy but after 5 month,
19 May 2024 my left ear peace of the earphone stopped working so I raised a ticket filling all of my details where the serial number is optional so I didn't fill because I don't know where it located at that time.
Then boat send a email instructions about next steps so I followed
Next day 20 may Delivery guy arrived checking my product and then I packed it in a box and handover it.
Later that night boat send an email we're you product in testing phase, next day
21 May Boat mailed me testing phase is complete replacement product sooner going to be shipped, then
22, 23, 24 May No mails
25 May, Morning 10 am I got a mail were your product is out of delivery and in 5pm I recieved my product😊
I'm happy good job I'm gonna buy more products from boat in the future for sure.
But I'm kinda queries to know does this replaced earphone comes with warranty?
Like what if it's stopped working after a month So does Boat do you still consider this product under warranty?

I got my Boat stone 350 delivered one day ago. I expected it as a good quality speaker which perfoms well in low sound. But, In Low volume....the sound is not at least audible.
But if I increased volume for sound, the bass is creating lot of disturbance in the whole room.
Sound is like in a deep water well.
I expected this speaker is a student friendly one, best for educational content and classes by believing BOAT's reputation and trust on company, branding.
