      @@Jerry.ax7 I have solved this problem. They said that use the bill details during replacement (the colour you bought first). They said don't worry we have all details about your product and all replacements. They will replace your product (if under warranty) .

    Maine 1 boat earphones order kya.
    After 6-7 month ye kharab ho gya, tb mujhe mera warranty successful mil gya.
    But now usi replace item ka jack mai problem ho gya hai ( kya ye ab further warranty claim hoga *abhi 1 year complete nhi hua hai 1 month baki hai)
    Ab kya is case mai mera earphones warranty claim hoga 🙄

    Maine warrenty claim kiya tha but product stock me khatam ho gya tha to company ne offer kiya same feature ke sath dusra product lena chahte h aap to maine NO pe click kar diya, to ab aage kya hoga, bahut time lag rha h, track status me bhi kuch nhi dikha rha, agar mujhe ab alternate product hi lena hai to kya karna hoga
