Yep! I believe they hit the sweet spot form those of us who intend for our tiny to stay in one spot…maybe move once. I can find no fault! Kitchen is fantastic as is the little laundry room.

I'm curious to know why you put a 15 to 20 gallon hot water heater in there whenever a tankless one would have provided hot water long enough for everyone to take a shower.
We found the on demand water heaters weren't keeping up especially if clients are wanting a residential tub in there. We can still use propane on demand water heaters if they choose to.
We did that with another brand home. It was a bargain but, new. It was not meant to be on a slab and we dealt with flooding and damage to the walls & flooring. Ask a builder or engineer. Good luck it's a lovely home. I'm thinking about it for Florida but, the hurricanes worry me.
FINALLY............. A TINY HOME BUILDER THAT HAS A WALL TO WALL HANGING CLOSET❤❤❤❤❤❤ The only thing I don't like is Propane cook top... Propane USE to be affordable...not anymore... And a door in a bedroom...😢😮😮 not safe in these days & times... I'd also rather have: Hopper windows up top, & no glass in front door. Wonder if they can switch that out to electric??? Other than these items mentioned a top notch design/layout.. Just need to know how's this built & if underbelly is insulated or just exposed materials...
@streetsmartintelligent that's totally understandable, doors are easy to change, and windows can be added usually as per customer requests. The reason our units come standard with propane stove top and oven is because standard RV breakers are can't handle the load for everything, so some things are propane and some things are electric. Also, in case of power outage, you will still be able to cook! The underbelly of the unit is insulated, and we have measures in place to make sure that the unit retains heat as best as possible in winter conditions.
