That price is ridiculous. No more than 100k CAD with tax. It feels like people are trying to take advantage of the tiny home movement and it’s defeating the whole point of it. Everyone is so greedy these days. Elon Musks 10-15k tiny home is just as good as this! So unless this place comes with a few acres of land with some flowing river water then it’s not worth it at all. 🤷‍♀️

And when people start gouging like this, 177,000 for this, it makes me feel like they have no idea what it's like to be a human. Money grubbing nonhumans. One day, half of the population is going to be homeless. And if they can't afford a roof, they won't be able to afford groceries, electricity, water, or even emergency phone service. F*** it. Love that the main bedroom is on the first floor. Plenty of headroom. I couldn’t sleep in a loft that enclosed. It would feel like sleeping in a coffin. ⚰️
