Hey, friends! In this video, we'll learn how to build a resume that can pass the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). I’ll also share some valuable tips to ensure your resume stands out to both hiring algorithms and recruiters. We’ll take a look at my own resume as an example, and I’ll share it as a template at the end of the video. So, make sure you stick around till the end of the video!

I noticed your sample resume layout doesn't have any section for a summary/profile (an overview paragraph about myself). Is this something I need to worry about when making an ATS friendly resume?

brother why this design of CV whereas there are many modern cv options with colourful fonts and texts ?
Very concise and helpful video. I have one question, What if I make a resume in Canva and export it in pdf?
I have done the same and tested in one of the AI tools to get feedback that the tool was able to pick the words.
AI tools are able to pick up the text in such designer resumes. But, the ATS used by big tech is quite rudimentary. They struggle to extract text like AI tools.
What is your opinion on using LaTex templates from overleaf for resume?
You can definitely use Latex if you're comfortable with it. If not, Google Docs is easier to maintain.
As a 3rd year student, i dont have any experience and internships done.so what keywords can i add in resume. I have only small console based programs. Can i add them as console based applications in project section?

My CV has 2 pages. How to print when it prints? Should it be taken as front and back, or on 2 papers?
Doesn't matter. I prefer front and back as it keeps your resume single paper overall.

I would say put the skills in the end. Work experience is what matters more.

ATS can't read hyperlinks, this is told in a youtube video about ATS. So should we put links to our certificates?
After passing on ATS , may be the Interviewer can go through your links. So providing links is better.

References are not necessary to have in the resume. They can be provided upon request by an employer.
I'm fresher tell how to create the Ats resume it is very difficult to create Fresher resume because they don't have experience and they only have education background skills

TBH, personal photos don't add any value to the resume. The highlight is always your work experience.
