Good points on the HOA. Cable, DVR, and Internet are big ticket items in the HOA monthly fee. Our Cable, DVR and Internet in my community runs us $42 per month (we have a 5 year contract) in our HOA just to give people some kind of number to evaluate HOA's, Should ask whether of not the pool is a geo thermal heated and cooled which saves money in the long run. The number of pickle ball courts is great to meet the needs of a 55-65 year old active senior population that loves to buy new construction. Great video.
